Nissi Vegan Méxican Cuisine

Stopped by after hearing about how this place has delicious vegan food and was not disappointed!
Their flauta plate was flavorful and had a nice crunch, not to mention the perfect presentation!
They have a drink called hemchata that's a play on horchata and tastes so dang good.
I'm already recommending this place to my friends! Thank you for a delicious vegan meal! 😊

We ordered the tamales, tacos and burritos. Delicious food and great dining space, but not fancy. Counter service and disposable plates/forks/spoons. Wish they had wait staff, dishes/silverware, and margaritas. (I forgot to take photos.)

Nissi VegMex is a truly unique vegan pinnacle in the Austin area. Their dishes are excellently delicious, with the carne asada being the most eloquent of them all. The service is amazing, the drinks are great, and there is a lovely atmosphere. 5/5

Wonderful gem! I've never had birria before (don't like beef) so this gave me a great opportunity to try it. Very authentic and you really don't miss the meat. Given what they are doing is so novel and amazing, do check them out. This is more Mexican than Tex-Mex, and I'm really glad for it. Really opens up Mexican food to a wider community of people that wouldn't be able to try it otherwise.

One of the best vegan/plant based places I have ever been!! I recommend it to everyone I know and have brought several vegetarian and non-vegetarian friends here and they loved it! The birria tacos are a must, and I have lost count of the number of times I’ve had them!
