Extremely disappointed with the food that was provided. I ordered a chicken sandwich (which by itself is $14+) and what I got in return was a sandwich that was as small as McChicken sandwich and the chicken meat was extremely dry and tough as if they had it been prepared last night. Absolute garbage and on top of this, they are expecting tip. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had a Knuckle sandwich with au just and a coke. $20. Sandwich wasn’t too bad, good size but too much bread and a bit soggy. Pricey for sure!

I get it’s the airport but $15 for a tiny, reheated slab of beef between stale buns is crazy.

The only redeeming quality about this place is the camaraderie built due to the incompetence of the staff. Expensive and bland and cold and took 30 minutes for one sandwich. Bummer!

I should’ve listened to the other reviews, but I was hungry! Got a bagel with egg and sausage….. I didn’t think anyone could really mess that up, but I was wrong. Waited 20 minutes for my food as I watch the counter person and cook talk for half of that time. She didn’t even start making my food until I went and asked if my number had already been called. I would’ve been better off getting a gas station taco. Horrible food and service.

What a joke this brand has become.

Ordered a sandwich only to be told they ran out of pork. They offered me a burger which was just a cold patty and half of an onion with wilted lettuce

$18, no fries.

They should be ashamed for offering this garbage

Honestly should have looked at the reviews before I stopped. The employees were rude and the food was literally terrible. Waste of money

I had a freshly made breakfast bagel with sausage and egg and a hash brown.
Compared to the sandwiches which you can get at Dallas FW the bagel was fresh and tasty as well as the hash brown

Don't like to do this, but here it goes. Long travel day, looked over there menu and choose the Knuckle sandwich. It was terrible, that sandwich must have been pre-made several hours earlier. Bun was hard meat was cool. The au juice that came with it didn't help at all. Wasted $43.00, plus the fries were just as bad greasy and cold. Would not of done any good complaining as the person behind the counter look like she didn't want to be there.
Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose. This meal was a looser

Employee on the phone. Toasted sandwich w old oil (stale) bread was hard. I don't mind paying $25.00 for fries and a sandwich but that was not quality at all. Where's the Subway?
