Second time I came and finally decided to leave an honest review ... overpriced drinks. The first time I came here I ordered an espresso martini and it was $17 for probably 6 ounces. I asked why the price is so high because that wasn't even including tip and they said it's locally sourced Coffee beans and everything is homemade. It's just unreasonable in this economy. The martini was poured over ice which is an incorrect way to make a martini, so not only was I overcharged, but the drink was made incorrectly. You would think that a place that has an espresso machine and a bar would know how to make a proper espresso martini. really disappointed. I let it go. It's been 4 months and I came back to give another chance. This place will not be in business business for more than one more year. Guaranteed. Unless this business expands their parking lot, they will be out of business within one year. Mark my words. Super cool atmosphere. Really quiet bc there's literally zero room to park. It's a major business flaw. I circled around twice with little luck. Good luck finding a parking spot and be prepared to overspend. Probably won't go back.

This place is WONDERFUL! great for outdoor and indoor hangs. We met plenty of new younger parents and families and it’s super cozy inside during the winter! Fireplace with even fireplace visuals on the TVs. Great lighting and almost reminds me of a cozy cottage inside. Wonderful coffee and they have a great selection of wine, beer AND cocktails for the season. Decent parking in the smaller lot and on the street. New neighborhood hang for sure! 5 stars all around!!
