My husband and I went for Sunday lunch to celebrate a special anniversary. I contacted them ahead of time to ask for a quiet table. They were so accommodating and made us feel welcomed. We had the salmon and the kitchen was open to some requests off menu. We truly had a wonderful experience. North Italia never disappoints with friendly staff and delicious food.

White truffle garlic bread was AMAZING. Everything we had was great and service was wonderful. Would dine here again for sure.

We had to wait 5 to 10 mins for a waiter, but once we had a server, our food and service were outstanding.

Overall I was shocked at how long it took for someone to come greet us at the table to even bring us a glass of water. We arrived at 8pm, reservation was for 8:15...they seated us no problem. We sat there not being acknowledged for 15 minutes, while the waiter who was waiting on the 3 other tables in our row fluttered around us. It wasn't until 8:15 that some other waiter came over and took our order. No apologies for the long wait, nothing. In addition, this was a special occasion celebrating getting a Masters Degree. The least we were expecting since it was noted in the reservation was a congratulations dessert or even a free dessert such like a birthday. We have come to North a plethora of times before, but this time was extremely disappointing and made us feel like our presence was not valued.

When North first opened, the food was a little better, but it is still good, and it is always a fun atmosphere with excellent service.

Great food and great service. My only complaint is my 9 year old daughter experience in your bathrooms. Can we please go back to normal and switch to men’s and women’s bathrooms ?! She wasn’t able to use the bathroom due to the amount of URINE covering the seat. I’m sure due to a man unable to aim properly. Other than that great job ! Please consider what I said. I’m sure more women find it disgusting and aren’t saying anything

The service wasn't that great. They weren't even busy. But our server was not very attentive. The food was delicious. Nice Italian food. The bolognese needed more sauce in my opinion, when asked for extra that wasn't possible. However, the food was tasty. I'd give it another shot.

With it being a special night for us [our anniversary] I wish the service was better, although that didn't kill our joy!

Amazing house made pastas and delicious Tiramasu is a must try for dessert enthusiasts ❤️

Ate there shortly after we visited Northern Italy and this tasted like dog food compared to true Italian food. There is a tik tok guy also born and raised in North Italy and he filmed himself trying this food and said the same thing. This might be good for people who never tried authentic Italian food or have an underdeveloped palette and find this to be higher end than the Mac and cheese and frozen pizza they make at home, but to have a restaurant concept that says they serve authentic North Italian food and they serve up hot garbage, its an insult to good authentic North Italian food.
