I absolutely adore this restaurant and I've never had a negative experience. When we visited last night there was a large party seated near us that was a bit rowdy but other than that it was a pleasant experience. The cocktails and food are to die for!

this north i feel is way better than the domain because it was more able to chat levels and the vibes were amazing! Only issue was our seating was a little tight but we did have a table for 2 so not the biggest issue

I never like to write a negative response and I've been to your restaurant a few times which is why I chose it for our family Christmas Eve. I hope that's not a new chef or under new management because I also bought my daughter a gift certificate for her and her husband for Christmas. I was so disappointed. I ordered the scallops as soon as you set them on the table they smelled fishy. It was over salted most of the food of the seven of us wasn't that good you were out of bread. Our waiter took off. It took us so long to order. I was very disappointed.

Very nice birthday dinner and Vanessa was an awesome waiter. Little strange though that they were out of orange juice and a New Zealand white wine. But other than that the food was great.

I come here I want to pick up the order in the front door this people rude. He say don’t park the car here. We cannot accept the delivery something like that. I tell him OK that service is very bad is weird service. I don’t like the service d I never come back here this place this weird people

We always enjoy North Italia. Last night didn't disappoint. Food and service were both very good. Looking forward to the next visit.

Lively and busy place. Great location downtown. It is nationwide chain. The noise level made it hard to hear people at the table. If you were going some place to have a conversation this is not the place. Service was good with the exception it took a long time to get a glass of wine. The first course arrived before the wine. Simple Salad was good. The scallops were small. The Bolognese, a house specialty, was mediocre. Used fat lasagna noodles and the sauce was watery with very little meat. Did not finish it. One person had the pig pizza (all meat) it was tasty. But the Pizza crust was under cooked. The place was packed and people were having fun. Overall our experience was that we would not go back. Too many other Italian restaurants that have better food.

Food was good albeit not as good as the domain location, our waiter was not very attentive and left us alone for quite some time, atmosphere was nice and quiet during lunch time.
I respect adding automatic gratuity for large parties, but maybe provide decent service if you’re going to add gratuity. Our server Oscar was incredibly rude and dismissive of our table, while also never filling up our water glasses. They remained emptied for a majority of our reservation, and our server was MIA half of the time. Also, food came out cold. Disappointing
