A good friend of mine was flying out to London to visit some extended family across the pond. We met up here for a nightcap before she flew out the next day. Two weeks later when she flew back to Austin from London, I picked her up from the airport late at night and we came straight back here for some drinks and to hear all of her fun stories. Vibes were perfect for it. Always a good time coming to Nosh & Bevvy!

Hey Friday evening bartender/server. Food service is hard. I know, I've been there. But you need to drop your patronizing shtick, slow down, listen to your customers, and if there's a miscommunication, definitely don't give them attitude like you did me. Your job is to accommodate your patrons. It's not our job to accommodate you.

This was my first time eating eating Irish food, and I had a very pleasant experience. The Bangers and Mash dish was fresh, seasoned, and flavorful, with a huge portion size at an affordable price. The bartender(didn't catch her name) was super friendly. I also had a drink(no alcohol), so my total was around $16. I couldn't even finish my food. I was too full. I'll definitely be back to try some other things on the menu. Great spot!

Best burger and fries in town! I kid you not. Excellent service, the bartenders are all amazing and get to know their regulars. This place has a very neighborly, down home vibe where all are welcome. They run regular off menu food specials. You can’t go wrong with any of the food. Been coming here for years and don’t plan on stopping!!

My Dad came to visit from Houston and the place we always went to get fish and chips had closed down. Brought him here and the ambiance was perfect. Cozy bar, music not too loud, super friendly and attentive bartenders. And they also had fish and chips! And they were delicious! Hot, fresh, crispy, and a generous portion. Definitely enjoyed our time!

I had an itch for a shepherds pie, N&B scratched it.
There is plenty to critique - despite the claim to be a brit pub, the music was American, the football on TV was American, the bartender was American, the beers were American. Even the shepherds pie was American (used hamburger rather than lamb, was over salty and from what i could tell was devoid of Guiness).
But for all that, I *am* American. I really did enjoy my meal, my local beer and my good old American rock n roll, and I don't care that it is not a true blue British public house.
Kid-friendliness: It's a bar! Leave the kids with Grandma.
