Nothing Bundt Cake may be a big brand national chain, but ya know, you can't go wrong with something tried and true, especially when they get you with a free Bundt cake on your birthday! I redeemed online and also make myself indulge in their BOGO offer this weekend, they're always running great promotions and the fact there's even a reward system, yay!

Love the quick parking spots too to pop in and out as we all know this parking lot can be a hot mess on peak Saturdays. Interior is light, clean and the cake case display shows you all the tasties to drool over. Can't wait to return for my next sweet treat :)

Terrible customer service. Research area location.

When I asked about available mini Bundt flavors, the response was simply, “Whatever is in the case.” After placing my order for two Bundt cakes, Jennifer prioritized every new customer over wrapping my order, leading to a 28-minute wait with no acknowledgment or apology.

When I finally received my order, there was no thank you—just a curt “here you go.”

Honestly, you might be better off making a Bundt cake yourself. It could take less time than this frustrating experience.
