Don't waste your time and money!Totally disappointing my first and ONLY visit to the place of expensive cakes / bagels!They are as empty and inconsequential as the center of their threads.I arrived at the place 10 minutes (7:50 p.m. from 2703024) before closing, I was on a mission to buy a bagel for my daughter's birthday. A lady and I arrived together, I opened the door for her, she passed a second before me…she bought her expensive cake/bagel and left.When it's my turn, I request a cake that they had in stock in the display case, the guy at the checkout, he goes to theBack, he comes back and tells me “You CANNOT sell me!” …I ask you why??? And the -inept- tells me that “since there are 5 months left to close, -due to internal policies- he cannot sell me what I requested!The natural mission of a business is to SELL and serve its customers as best as possible….This establishment “will be a business” but has ZERO empathy with the customer!Zero customer serviceExpensiveInept staff with a discriminatory attitude!SadRegrettableAnd very annoying!My daughter was left WITHOUT an expensive cake, and that business was left without ONE customer!“He who loses a client does NOT deserve to have more!”Parking: The only good thing about the place!

My family and I have been ordering cakes from here for years and they never disappoint. They have a good assortment of flavors and options for different occasions. The cakes are always moist and delicious and best of all fresh. They are always ready on time and can even be ordered the day before. If you aren’t a baker or just don’t have time to bake and decorate a cake this is a great alternative. The location is also convenient for me. Just add ice cream. :)

Every time I come in the specific location there’s always an issue. We placed an online order and it was never picked up but somehow this location marked it as picked up. When we came in today Star and Elizabeth told us the order was marked as picked up and that there was nothing we can do about it. We asked for a manager and was told there is no manager in. They didn’t offer to say hey I can reach out to the manager and leave your information and she can get back to you. They basically told us we are out of our money. I don’t know who’s going to drive across town to lie about a $12 order. I hate this location the employees are always rude and never offer any help to any issues because they lack customer service. I’m justGoing to start driving back to Pflugervile and patron with that location. Customer service is always top tier. Stop hiring people who have no type of customer service. These ladies always have attitudes and should not be working with the general public. Don’t shop the location drive to a different one

I placed an order online for next day pickup. When I arrived to the store, I was in a rush and didn't pay attention to the assortment pack that was handed to me. When I got home, I realized that I had picked up the wrong assortment buntlets. The flavors were not going to work for the party I was attending! I called the store and the lady was super understanding! I was able to return to the store to pickup the correct assortment immediately. ? Bravo to your store and your team for yalls overall professionalism, tact and calmness!

Worse customer service ever if I could give a negative rating I would. The store manager Sarah was extremely rude to me when I was trying to pick up my order and not patient with me either. I will make sure to never visit you guys ever again!!

Tried, Lemon, for the first time yesterday at a Birthday party and was blown away. So moist, fresh and delicious with the perfect amount of lemon. Definitely not mother’s Bundt cake, AND my wife who normally only eats chocolate took extra home and already finished it this morning.Y’all got 2 new customers!

Absolutely the best cakes ever! Obsessed! Stumbled upon them with my boyfriend. He'd never tried their cakes. Associate Sarah saved the day, let us in after closing. Their cake: pillowy, icing: creamy. Personal-sized cakes for $5, a steal for the quality. Favorites: lemon, tied for second: red velvet, snickerdoodle. Sarah helped again, got a birthday cake, she's amazing. Mentioned new flavor: Lemon Raspberry! Had to grab some. Can't wait to try
