The food tastes good but they tend to mess up on orders very frequently then fault the customer when come back to get it corrected! I was given the wrong order at first came back to get it fixed and was asked for a price difference on another wrong order. It’s starting to get very unprofessional

Lately I've been stopping by a couple times a week for breakfast tacos. The homemade tortillas are out of the world amazing...and you haven't lived until you've tried their migas with homemade red sauce. I've tried them all, and that is the best taco in Austin hands down. The folks that run the place are incredibly nice you can tell they truly care. If you haven't stopped by this little gem yet, do so now!

Loved the food and service! I ordered two Sopes to go during my lunch and they did not disappoint! Food was fresh and the sopes were great size. Very affordable and reasonable price. They are located next to a gas station. The area is a little sketch, yet, thats where the best food be sometimes. Lol. Their were two ladies in the place and they keep up really well with the taqueria. The lady was very kind and I just waited indoor on the counter bar until my food was ready. 😊 She was very kind and asked what salsa I wanted before I left.

This place is so good, I always go there for there excellent tortas 🤤, the people that attend you are so cool and nice, I really feel great each time I go back, thanks taqueria la cascada for always make my day brighter after a good meal, I recommend everyone to go, you will not regret it. 💯🙌❤️🤤

Hole in the wall located next to a gas station that was a delight to randomly order from. I did place my order online and prepaid. When I got there the lady said they had not started cooking as the estimated time was 11:45 and I arrived at 11:40. Not much of a big deal but it made me wonder as a previous review mentioned a similar situation. In any case, the homemade tortilla was good, but my potato, egg, and cheese taco was a bit bland. I would suggest 2 tacos per person on average based on size and amount of filling. The green sauce was "that green sauce" we all love in austin. Their red sauce had no heat and was missing salt and flavor (maybe needs some Bullion powder?) Overall I gave 4 stars because it is something I would recommend, but be aware the neighborhood is a bit rough.

When someone places an order yourstaff should be preparing it. I placed an order today and it was not ready because she wanted make sure I was coming and wanted me to wait 6 min for her to cook it. It is 80 something degrees y’all have no fans in that hot box I was not going to sit there. PLACING AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE MEANS TO HAVE FOOD READY WHEN SOMEONE ARRIVES IF I WANTED TO WAIT I WOULD HAVE PLACE MY ORDER THERE.
