I’ve eaten here a couple of times because of the Heaven Maki, it’s super good and definitely worth the price, but this most recent time I decided to try the Tonkatsu Ramen and my boyfriend got the Kimchi Udon. We also ordered a seafood pancake but it never came out. Both soups were pretty bland. The soups were flavorless but the noodles were cooked well. We ended up letting Martin know and he refunded the soup and got me a heaven maki instead.

As someone who loves jjampong and has had it in Korea before, I would have to say that this is my favorite jjampong in Austin. One thing I don't like about jjampong from other places is the veggie overload. Odaku keeps it pretty simple. They don't use huge chunks of onion slices and they use bok choy (I love bok choy) and woodear mushrooms (which I also love). Came here October 11, 2025, and was immediately welcomed with warmth and amazing food! The atmosphere of this place is amazing and the food is exquisite! The employees were very kind and made sure i was taken care of. I will be coming back!
