Came into Olive Garden just wanting some soup, salad, and breadsticks. Next thing I know, some guy storms in yelling at an old man in the corner, accusing him of “betraying the family.”

Before it escalates, our waitress calmly walks over, flips a breadstick in the air like a ninja, and somehow de-escalates the whole thing. The guy backs off and leaves. The old man just nods at the waitress like it’s happened a hundred times before.

I asked the waitress if everything was okay. She just smiled and said, “When you’re here, you’re family.”

Five stars. Will absolutely return.

Let me tell yall a lil story. I got married last weekend and my rehearsal dinner spot decided to not keep my reservation! One of my husband’s groomsmen called this location saying hey we have 40 people and we need to eat asap. They were absolutely so accommodating and sweet!! I was so stressed just from wedding planning and the manager and 3 servers we had were enough to just make me cry out of finally feeling relaxed! Honestly this was the better tasting restaurant anyway so the amazing people really helped made it even better. Thanks!!!!! I owe them a ton.

My favorite thing about OG has to be the breadsticks. I am ashamed to say I can put down about 23 of them by myself but they are just so good. The next best thing has to be the extremely authentic tour of Italy. It takes me back to my last trip to Rome.

The staff here a very kind the food is always great the manager his name is Johnny , and he is a miles Above the Rest , he checks up on you and he helps his waiters and staff this this Olive Garden is the best in the Austin area.

Even though I went near closing time, Sebastian was the absolute best!!! Always attentive and making me and a friend feel welcomed. Jhonny as well was great and both of them together made this an enjoyable dinner:)

The soup, salad and bread sticks were good however the lasagna tasted like it was previously frozen. The real issue was the odor. The restaurant was neat and in order but the carpet smells horrible. Smells as if it flooded in there and the carpet wasn't replaced. Or that the carpet has not been replaced in over 20yrs. If I had been by myself I would have left. Another individual in my party stated they won't be back for a while due to the smell. It was pretty bad.

I’m my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised with this location! We’re on vacation in Austin and wanted something familiar. The breadsticks were tasty and my minestrone soup was very good. I got the new spicy meat sauce pasta with meatballs and I loved it! It was just enough spice and tasted slightly like pizza sauce, but a very good spicy pizza sauce. Our waitress was great too.

My 5 stars are mainly for the young gentleman who served me last night. I had no plans for the 4th of July since my husband had to work and the weather wasn't great. I sat in the middle section, I wish I would have caught his name. But he was very attentive. He had a big table of ladies next to me, and he was able to take care of them, myself, and other tables he had in his section. He checked on everyone constantly, refilled drinks as needed, and he had a nice vibe. I say this because I also work in the service industry, and I pay attention to how a person treats others. He did a great job and with a smile! Pleasant experience!

I got shrimpin in my food yes gave reimburse and gave me gift card for 30 but I spent like 80 and did get to enjoy it with the family and a hospital bill
