Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We go to Olive Garden every week, but since they don’t have many vegetarian options, we always order the same thing—it’s basically a staple now. Lately, though, I’ve noticed their dishes and glasses have a really bad smell. It’s so bad that I’ve stopped drinking water from their glasses. I honestly don’t know how the staff hasn’t noticed, makes me gag. Please do a proper hygiene check—even the place itself smells sometimes. Definitely not a good look!

Went here with my family and our host mercedes was AMAZING. She delivered the best customer service. Instagram-oxylur , shes pretty cool. And the food was amazing

Absolute legend of a server gave me full cup of chocolate. Food was great, atmosphere was great, I cannot complain about anything here. I would totally recommend this place!

We had a terrible experience at this location. The service was absolutely unacceptable. The server was not welcoming, standing there with his hands in his pockets and when we received the salad, there was no dressing on it. He forgot to bring the breadsticks and lied that he is still waiting on them although we saw other tables getting breadsticks that came after us. We will definitely not return to this location. They need to work on training their people customer service skills.

Service excellent but to charge me $ 2.99 for touching the the game touch on the screen of the computer on my table to order and pay.
I never played a game I was only to see if nothing is bad for my kids .we put this on the floor.
2.99$ it is a scam bravo olive garden corporation $$$$$$$$

For an Olive Garden, 5 stars all around. It's a well-oiled machine starting with the greeter, the host, to the servers, and managers on the floor, making sure no one runs out of breadsticks! Only downside is seeing so many kids with tablets and headphones on during what is supposed to be quality family time.

Hello everyone, please don't order an expresso.
The first thing you will get is coffee with cream in a coffee cup.
On the second attempt you get a cold coffee in an expresso cup.
Then it will be on the invoice. 4 x expressos. Only after a lengthy conversation with the manager are the four Expressos taken off the bill.

There is a need for training for the staff responsible here.
When I went out I saw that the expressogger was switched off.

If you can no longer offer Expresso here, you should remove this item from the menu.

Finally, ordering the two expressos took around 45 minutes to get the bill.

Waited over 20 mins for our food after finishing our appetizers. All our pasta dishes came out dry it was barely edible. Will never go back to this location.

We went to Olive Garden in Cedar Park at 620 & Pecan Park Blvd at 2pm. The restaurant was not busy and very quiet. It was a great mid afternoon lunch, and the food was excellent. We are never disappointed with Olive Garden. They are very consistent with their food and their service. It's one of our favorite restaurants to eat at, on occasion.

Dietary restrictions: I got spiral gluten free pasta with meat sauce. It was very good.
