only giving one less star because there was a pretty decent size bone in my taco that i bit into and almost chipped a tooth! other than that this one taco has the most flavorful tacos out of the rest of locations! tacos were delicious besides the bone hahah!

I go to the Tech Ridge location at least 4 times a week. Breakfast tacos here are the best, in my opinion. All the staff here are happy and shiny and do an excellent job. Atmosphere is great inside and there are a couple of outside tables to enjoy your tacos.

I was born and raised here in Austin and I have tried pretty much every taco place and tex-mex restaurant we have to offer here and One Taco is the absolute BEST! Not only do they make the best food (and queso and salsa) but the employees there are amazing! They remember my name and my typical order and they're always so fast and friendly! Thr manager guy there (I don't know his name) but he is just wonderful. I have worked and managed at lot of different restaurants...
