Charging $.50 extra for extra chipotle on a mini taco and not getting the extra sauce is insane. But asking for a tip on a drive tru is a whole other level. Not going back even though I usually sent my husband to get us tacos at least 2x a week.

I ordered a barbacoa taco and got a greasy tortilla full of fat. I’ve never had this happen before. Yes barbacoa might have some fat but the ENTIRE taco was JUST fat and no meat. Their tacos are small to begin with so there was nothing to really eat from.

I stopped in early morning because my 3 year old had to have a bowl movement. The lady at the register did not care that my 3 yr would have an accident on himself because she wants me to spend $2 before getting the code to the restroom. There’s no sign on the door that says “No Public Restrooms”. It’s very sad that a company would not let someone use the restroom for $2. I probably would have bought more if she would have let me use the restroom first. Then she made my food twice and made it wrong both times and didn’t wanna give me a refund.

Tacos are FIRE SO preppy SO amazing!

I’ve been to a few times to OneTaco @ Anderson Mill and enjoy the pastor tacos. I also like the quesadillas. They don’t have eggs in the evening, apparently, which was a bit frustrating for some picky kids, but now I know. Still great tacos.

One of the female staff was rude with a bad attitude. You should have manners with better facial expressions.

Didn’t blow my mind but I really enjoyed my tacos. They were a little pricey for the quality IMO but I would go again.

Come here during the day. After 5pm or so the service is lacking. Plan to wait 10 minutes at the drive through waiting for someone to take your order (no cars ahead) or pull up to the window and knock like I did at the 11th minute. Nobody was in this place at 6:10 on 11/21. Then get poor service. Communication was short. They generally ask if you want salsa, today they couldn’t wait to get rid of a customer. pitiful

I ordered foods using uber eats. When I got there, they said they haven’t got any order but uber charged me and it said the order is completed. It makes it seem like I picked up order but I never did. I don’t know if these guys tricked me or uber eats problem. Just be careful when you order to pick up food here.
