I took my fiance here for his birthday and we both absolutely loved it! They exceeded our expectations! They even personalized our menu to wish my fiance a happy birthday! We’ve been to multiple tasting menus here in Texas and this lands in our top 3.

We got to also experience Watermark and the drinks were so well made. The bartenders were very nice about explaining the drink menu. Atmosphere was perfect.

Service was 5/5. Very well trained, attentive, and detailed staff. Very welcoming and highly professional. The food was good and going well up until the Smoked Fish portion. (Part where they smack the fish with the coal to give a smokey flavor) Everything after this dish, we felt the dishes kinda lost its punch and wasnt going well with one another. Hence why we would rate it 4/5. I personally enjoyed the tempura very much with its light batter and the sweetness of the vegetable....
