A well-balanced omakase experience in a vibey little tucked away corner, perfect for a special occasion or visit to Austin. The staff were jovial and respectful, and the pace was kept up nicely throughout the courses. The sake pairing with the chef’s collaboration sake was very special. We especially enjoyed the tuna variations they served, and the custard dish.

Parking: They will validate the hotel garage but occasionally it gets full

Impeccable attention to detail and service - among the best omakase experiences I've ever had. I came with my girlfriend for our anniversary and the staff there made us feel extra special. Can't recommend this place more.

If asked the best meal in Austin, this is the place I name. Food is sublime, the experience is stellar, chef Yoshi is such a character. Definitely show up early for the bar experience in Watertrade. It’s a very good bar with knowledgeable staff if you want them to pick a cocktail for you.
