took 30 + minutes to get a house salad… that only consisted of lettuce, cheese, and croutons…

The ribeye and shrimp were good, as was the wedges salad and loaded baked potatoes.
The server forgot to put my military discount after being asked 2x and never filled my empty water glass even though water was my only beverage.
When we were seated, the table next to us was uncleared from previous guests and we had to look at the half empty plates of food the entire meal, and it remained uncleared when we were finished and left.
It was not a bad experience. However, more attention to detail would have made it better.

The restaurant was at 20% capacity at most . 35 minutes waiting for the food, some of it arrived, not all of it ,the stakes arrived cold , the side dishes arrived wrong and cold ,so We asked to cancel all the order and just pay for the drinks and the blooming onion the manger didn't really was anywhere to be found, so it took another 15 minutes for her to arrive with our bill. The only bright thing was our waiter that was sweet and she wasn't the one who gave us our wrong food that was cold

We enjoyed our dinner at Outback with the family this evening. The hosts, servers and food runners were attentive and the restaurant was clean. The only complaint I have was the Aussie Cobb Salad was pure iceberg lettuce. For the level of restaurant , pictures and description in the menu, i expected some greens, esp for $16.99 at minimum. The steak combos and pasta dish were delish per the rest of the family.

I came here with a group of 11 people, and it took over two hours for our food to get here. Wasn’t even hungry once we got our food.

Disappointed....Quality of food and food arrival. Food to the table - initially started great then 30 minutes after we submitted our order a manager came out and informed us they ran out of shrimp for our appetizer. He did offer another free appetizer or dessert. So we decided on the wings. The family was hangry. 20 minutes later our entrees came out. 5 minutes after that our appetizers came out. everyone was so hungry we did not have the energy to complain. I took note note of mine, sautéed mushrooms were sweet and my steak was supposed to be medium , it so rare. I was just hungry and I ate it. Total time at the restaurant 1 hr and 45 min. I will disclose that the cost of the appetizers were removed and we received a free dessert. I felt bad for the waiting staff, I felt like it was not their fault. This was on the kitchen. I like Outback, but my kids don't want to go back so it means I don't go back.

Service was ok but stake was over cooked and tasted like old meat. The sides were cold. The sweet tea and the bread was the high light of the meal. For what i ordered it was over priced and not good

We've been loyal Outback customers for 15 years, but our recent visit to this location was a huge letdown. Our usual spot in Round Rock closed, so we tried this one, and it fell short of our expectations.
The steaks were barely seared and looked discolored, while the macaroni we paid extra for smelled sour and off. Even the iced tea had a strange taste. We were really upset with the quality, especially since we spent $120 on this meal.
We've always supported Outback through changes, but being served poorly cooked and questionable food is unacceptable. We ended up barely touching our entrees and ultimately had to throw them out due to the unpleasant smell.
We're considering trying Longhorn Steakhouse and other options moving forward. I would recommend avoiding this location if you're used to the high standards of previous locations.
I got the steak salad. It was delicious. Instead of the blue cheese dressing I opted for honey mustard. The sweet tea was sweet but not enough to put you in a diabetic coma. The wait time was very reasonable. Our waiter was super friendly.

The food was delicious. I appreciated my five dollars off, my free huge carrot cake . The bread and Arnold Palmer were good. I liked my French onion soup and my baked potato a lot. The Joey Kangaroo surprised me but was cute once I got over my
surprise.Carrot cake melted in my mouth.

Blooming onion served cold , salads served with steaks , repeatedly asked for bread and condiments was brought a hard cold loaf , was never asked if we needed refills of our drinks let alone offered straws so sorry Outback is our favorite steaks place but won’t be back to this one in Austin!!!! Told manager about the bad service and she was too busy flirting with the young man wearing an apron.
Silverware was dirty and wrapped in cloth napkin. The plates were dirty. Food was ok.
