I have to say, great service, great food selections, and amazing pricing. Every time I pop in it's always great. I genuinely don't understand why they are not full blown busy as their other locations.
Parking cam be a little hectic. Avoid the overpriced parking lot next door Valet is cheaper snd more convenient.
Overall, amazing spot for random nights and even date nights for all!

Food is great but for a $7 drink through uber eats yall could at least fill the cup all the way :/ picture is how the drink came
Perfect location, great food and Matthew was the absolute best staff member who attended to us and our needs. We shall definitely return!

I ordered Singapore Street Noodles on Uber eats from this restaurant. The noodles were so salty that I couldn’t eat them at all. I’ll have to toss it. I let Martha at the restaurant know about it. While she was understanding about the situation, did not offer any resolution. While my aim was to let them know, after the call I felt like they don’t even care much to offer a resolution given that my money was basically lost at this point.
PS this was my very first experience with PF Chang’s. No doubt it will be the last.

Good food horrible service
My daughter and I ate here on our Ladies' Trip to Austin. Neither of us had dined at a P.F. Chang's restaurant before and I have to say it was a fantastic experience!
Our server, Martha, was a doll! Very sweet and personable, yet also professional. We had some very good laughs with her.
Our food was delicious! I ordered the crab wontons and sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was SO good and it had plenty of both protein and veggies, with added surprises of ginger and pineapple. My daughter said her sushi was perfect and both our drinks were very good.
While we do not live in Austin, this location set the tone for the chain.

The dining room is nice, the service is good, but the most important part, the food, leaves a lot to be desired. I get it’s a downtown spot, but the wontons are overpriced and the sushi is just okay at best.

The food was okay. I had the pepper steak but it upset my stomach. Kristina put sever was amazing. Give her a raise! Vibe was very stereotypical 90s chain restaurant energy. Take that as you will.
Only complaint. They ran out of soap in the bathroom. The staff were very unhelpful. I was essentially told there wasn’t anyone to fill it up. Very strange response.

Always good service food is good but it’s like
Good and flavorful hot, and other times it can be some what bland and room temp. Service is always attentive never have we been in the establishment and not been given respect and attention. The atmosphere is what it is just depends on the parties loud or ambient but the music is always relaxing
