Was in Austin for a work trip, and decided to eat at PF changes near downtown Austin. Matt was my waiter, and he did an incredible job! Very attentive, conversational, and my tea never got below half full! Food was great as always, and came out very quick. I will definitely be returning, and if you find yourself at PF changes in DT Austin, ask for Matt!

We had an exceptional dining experience thanks to Matt, our waiter at P.F. Chang’s. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations, checked on us at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. I ordered dinner from them at 7:30 pm and they said it would be delivered 8 to 8:30 pm. Later it was delayed to 8:45 to 9 pm I figured no problem right? They’re probably busy. I get a notification at 8:30 that they had to cancel my order?! They close at 10pm do they turn away customers after 8, I doubt it. If you don’t want my order or money just cancel my order straight away instead of making me wait an hour for food that was apparently never coming. Won’t bother wasting my money for the overpriced food here anymore.

In July 24 in the morning , there is a guy who works at the bar and at the same time he was serving to table as a server , and ı was there for the mobile order , ı asked if order is ready and he said no , and ı asked do u have any idea how long it is gonna take , he said no ı dont have any idea with the bad attitude , he was so rude ı hope he learned how to like his work , ( he can ask to chef in the kitchen or any associate in the kitchen instead of saying answer no

silas was an awesome server, even though the restaurant was busy, he tended to us quickly and was sure to re fill our drinks multiple times throughout our time at the resturaunt. silas was friendly and easy to communicate with. overall, silas is one of the best servers i have came across throughout my years of eating out at restaurants.
