I never have had a bad hamburger from here and its easy to see that the employees here care about their work. The place is always clean, staff is friendly, and the service is great!Vegetarian options: The veggie burger here is great!
This is a no-frills neighborhood spot. The food is great value considering the quality and price point. Everything tastes like it should and as advertised. The staff is friendly; the space is open and clean. I enjoy the aesthetic and atmosphere (rare for a fast food place) and plan to revisit regularly.

Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru for the worst burger of my life. Also was charged for 3 French fries when we only ordered 2. Also, almost forgot my drink. I rarely ever eat P Terry and every single time I do, I question why.Parking: Drive thru takes forever

SLOW SLOW SLOW! The drive-through is slow. Ordering in store is slow. Ordering on the app is slow. Everything about this place is a mess. They need to fire everyone and start over. Terribly mismanaged. Expect to spend upwards of 40 minutes in the drive-through if there are more than 3 cars and about as long in the store if there are more than a few people in line.

I literally waited 21 minutes dining in for a burger, when they started calling numbers after mine I inquired about the food. I was told just another minute, sorry 21 minutes is my max for a number 3 no changes. Keep the food I can cook faster.
