Terrible burger. Kids size and frozen patties. Barely had a piece of lettuce and a paper thin tomato. First and last time.

11:30 am drive thru order. you'd expect fresh fries, nope, cold and soggy. didn't give me the ketchup, mayo, or napkins I asked for.

The service is absolutely horrendous, ordered a #3 combo through the drive through and the employee tried to gaslight me telling me I ordered a number 2 instead and eventually they said they would fix it and to pull to the parking lot and wait for them to re make it. I wait about 20 minutes before I decide to walk up to the front to check in on the status of my order, well the cashier forgot to mention it to the rest of the staff so my order was just sitting there. I get to the place I am staying at to finally eat and the cashier that “fixed my order” rang it up as a #1 combo instead. Apparently the staff they hire don’t seem to know how to count up to 3.

There are some rude employees (and some nice ones, like the guy who usually runs the payment window). The chicken bites were literally the worst chicken I've ever had in my life. I mean that with all sincerity.

This Pterry always serves the food hot and accurate. They have some of the best burgers in town and I love eating here., especially burgers with the grilled onions and jalapenos. The new chicken nuggets are really tasty too. I definitely get those instead of fries sometimes. I will be back for more.
