I love this place! When i visit my daughter in Austin we always order out one evening from P. Terry’s. It has the best burgers! Very tasty!! And very reasonably priced. 3 adults dinner was less than $22 . Enjoy!

Love the chicken sandwich.

Sometimes we just do a milkshake drive-by, sometimes we add fries... Yummy! Hands down my family's favorite milkshakes. Consistently thick & creamy.

Still hot, fresh, friendly, and fast, despite the 12 hour long rush for flood relief fundraising. In and Out can suck it.

I ordered my food in the morning so it could be ready for pick up at lunch time. I ordered early knowing it would be a busy day. P-terrys decided that people ordering online were not important enough for their business so they canceled my order without any explanation or fair warning.no one reached out to let me know this was going to happen or offered me a refund. There are plenty of other (better) burger places in Austin. I will never give P-terrys my business again.

I got the little burger and fries, I like the fries with the skin on, hot, quick and served with a smile!
I like P.Terry's cuz the inside is always clean and they're fast, thanks guys. Wish there was one in the Dallas area 😊

Great place for a quick burger, good service, their fries are my favorite because they are skinny and always hot.

Awful time management by this location. There were two drive throughs and I chose the shorter line and ended up waiting 20 minutes for a single burger while 20 cars passed in the other lane. I asked what was the holdup since I am now late for work and all she could tell me was that they were waiting for a crispy chicken sandwich. Why did they not have the customer pull forward or park somewhere to keep the line moving? This is the P. Terry’s which I frequent but this is very disappointing and discourages me from returning.

Every time I go to this location the workers seem really dismissive, like noticeably yawning into the microphone when taking my order and trying to act like they don’t care or something. I get some of them are young but it’s kinda disrespectful and ruins an otherwise great experience.

Please bring P Terrys to southwest Houston! The experience and food here beats In n Out any day of the week in my book.

During my first visit to this P. Terry’s location, I couldn’t help but notice a sense of differential treatment in the way my wife and I were served. The employee taking my order seemed to have difficulty understanding me, even after I repeated myself several times. When my wife asked for spoons, the response was almost curt, as if our request was an inconvenience.
While I don’t want to assume the worst, it was hard not to feel singled out, especially when I observed other customers being treated more warmly and attentively. That said, after reading some other reviews, it seems possible that the staff at this location might just be generally unwelcoming. Still, the experience left me with a sense that not all customers are treated the same at this location, and that’s something worth considering.

It's definitely better than McDonald's! They could pull back on the salt usage cuz that's a little absurd. But all and all p Terry's is the spot for fast food junction junction what your function.

They called me here to update my review. Still stands best fast food in Austin Texas. Too much salt on the fries though. And yes they have pretty decent milkshakes
