Terrible burger. Kids size and frozen patties. Barely had a piece of lettuce and a paper thin tomato. First and last time.

The potatoes from there and the papero are 10/10

We used to eat here regularly but on a recent visit became ill with food poisoning. I addressed this through their contact form and received a response citing their policy on food preparation temperatures. They didn’t address the lack of cleanliness I mentioned that likely contributed to the contamination or even sympathize with my young kid and friend getting violently ill. We will never return. Mighty Fine and Hopdoddy are much better.

Although I appreciate their need to defend their business and restate that they don't believe me, I give 0 stars for empathy in their communication skills. I don't think they had a bad batch of food. They keep missing that I think we got ill from someone contaminating the food or from the unclean facility.

The cheeseburger was not as good as expected.
It had a strong, smokey, burnt flat-top grilled flavor.

I asked 2 diff employees about my puck up order, they both said will be a few more mins. Waited over 5 mins at window n hot sun. Finally asked a 3rd person for my order, he asked around for it& they acted like they didn't know what he was talking about. The left hand surely does not know what the right hand is doing at this place. How do they even function

THIS IS THE WORST P TERRY'S IN THE ENTIRE STATE. I went and paid nearly $25 for food. I should have KNOWN they would (again) mess up the order. Got home and found anything but what I had ordered. I couldn't even make a meal of it, because it was insanity. Like 6 patties, 5 bags of their (horrible) fries, a loaf of (wretched) banana bread, and I those nasty things they try to pass off as "chicken nuggets." And when I go back - rightfully angry, the little lady has the nerve to tell me that I have to "calm down" and that she will not tolerate my "attitude." (Yes, I recorded the whole thing, because I assume that they will claim differently.) I didn't dare wait for them to spit in my food for the replacement order. I left the bags of "food" with them. I will NEVER buy anything from any P. Terry's in the future. NEVER. I would sooner eat a dirt sandwich than give them one penny. I would give negative stars if Google allowed that. Do NOT, for the love of all that is holy, waste your money or your time here.

I love P. Terry’s! Great quality food for a great price and kind employees. I was inspired to write this review after going through the drive thru this morning and noticed the song “don’t worry, be happy” playing from a few camouflaged speakers on my way to the pickup window. I just thought that was such a nice, unexpected touch : )

Ordered through DoorDash, did not receive drink. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude & insistent that I come pick up my own drink! He refused to acknowledge their mistake. I will never come order from this establishment again.

I just bought a Nutella shake (the shake of the month!, I bought 7 this month!) and I didn't have Nutella!!! The worst shake ever! I'm so disappointed!!
