P. Terry's Burger Stand #8

P terry’s as a chain is great! The food was great like always , but this is the 3rd time my order is messed up. I speak clear and precise and they even acknowledge it back. I never have to check my bag and now I have too. It slows down my time to eat… and the person behind me has to wait too now cause now I can’t trust if everything is in there or made correctly

They put the lettuce wrapped burger into the bag sideways and it leaked all over my car. I tried calling the restaurant and it went to voicemail saying the mailbox is full. What a mess. This is not acceptable.

One girl got mad at me but THEY messed up my order. And she slammed my drink down and snatched my drink with my straw away. And literally THREW it in the trash. And then me and my mom went again and we only got two napkins for literally three orders, so then she asked for extra and they only gave her like three more. Worse people and service and attitude and incorrect orders. They need new people working there asap!

Brought my daughter her for her lunch and was previously warned of her last experience here. Took another shot here but was disappointed with the service. While ordering the girl kept asking a question after every response I gave. Turned my car off just in case she couldn't hear but the question with a question kept going. Arrived at the window. I requested additional napkins prior to getting out food. Checked the bag and saw 2 napkins with an order for 3 people. Tapped on the window to ask for additional napkins, she gave two and walked off. Customer service has gone down tremendously and would request management to train employees on customer service skills. Love PTerry's but not the service.

Love the food. Been sneaking out to buy cheeseburger combos!
