When I got double meat hamburgers, they were juicy. The strawberry shake had plenty of strawberry flavoring when I asked for extra.

After getting an incorrect burger at another location, I stopped here to get it fixed as that’s a normal course of action for most franchises. I was met by a very hostile staff. They said “There’s nothing we can do about that. Go back to the other P Terry’s. It’s only five minutes away.” I asked to speak with the manager thinking I would get somebody less aggravated to sort out the problem, but instead was greeted by an even more hostile man. I’ll admit I got frustrated, but I’ve never seen such poor customer service. I can accept not getting my burger fixed if I’m told “that’s our company policy,” but just an angry “we won’t do it” is not ok. There was no mention of policy, just very rude staff. The manager was angry and acted like he hated his job. I have been a customer and avid supporter of P. Terry’s for 8 years now and this is the first time I’ve been met with such bad service. I felt unsafe when he came out to my car. I hope the guy is ok and that he’s just having a bad day.

I was ignored when I walked up to the window idk if it’s broken or what but put a paper saying go thru drive thru ,my window is broke. So I could not however just the conversation of sorry we can’t use the walk up window would be nice !!!

PTerrys is a great place to grab a burger. Their milk shakes are phenomenal. I asked Patrick Terry a while ago if he had plans to place a PTerry's in Manor Texas and, he said no. We need this place in Manor Tx.
What I love about P.Terry's, is the fact a Veggie Bean Burger can taste as good as a non-veggie. This location in particular, I found while taking care of my father. He has since passed; however loved their food, service, shakes and friendly engagement. I do as well. If you're looking for a quick stop, delicious food, and a winning smile, come experience the love!

This location in particular is my favorite. The food just tastes better at this location. My order is always right. French fries super yummy, burger tastes fresh. Location is convenient just off the exit, sometimes tempting when I don't even plan to stop here. And in general, I respect that they value their employees: their safety closing during bad weather, and work/life by closing on holidays.
