stars are for the people that work there. customer service is top tier, ownership and management is lacking. they’re out of supplies and their carbonation on their soda is constantly out. come on yall, i know yall make enough money to keep up with yalls supplies and keep decent management… i can tell they don’t pay their employees enough to make them want to take management positions.
Overall the store location is good, it is on Lamar & close to 38th str, med & central market & has a crisp, clean indoor seating area which has some 50's diner vibes all be it modernised.
Store is neat & clean, staff are friendly & responsive & condiment stand is neat & stocked. Work area/backsplash is neat & streamlined. Floors & restrooms are clean.

What a fantastic location. So well run, the staff are amazing. Here again for lunch and the energy in the brightly lit dining room is high, every table packed with satisfied customers!
