Had a chai latte which was good. The atmosphere is exquisite. I love the plants. Most of the plants are actually separate from the tables and working spaces but it's definitely still a vibe.

I had a vanilla latte with a sausage, egg and cheddar kolache. It was great food and the atmosphere is different than other places I’ve been. Lots of green plants and hacienda style architecture. Definitely a go to when in the area. Highly recommend.

This that trendy coffee shop you're looking for, the guy making you coffee has on a lab coat and vintage aviator googles (was it for Halloween or is just Austin being Austin lol) they also sell plants! Young college kids/professionals on their laptops, what the PNW used to be. Coffee was great and had a great selection. There is no sign so it's easy to miss aside from the packed parking lot.

Ok let’s be real most of people who first come here come for the aesthetics. Decorated in southwest style with a ton of plants (all for sale) this is easily one of the most aesthetically pleasing coffee shops in Austin. You are surrounded by beautiful gorgeous plants and the furniture inside is all curves and the communal tables are nice. They have plenty of shared tables to sit and study - if you’re hoping for your own table to study at probably wouldn’t recommend this place. They also have a nice bar area to sit at. They do have Wifi and it is strong. Outlet wise they do have some scattered throughout (I counted about 5 that people can use throughout). It’s also nice they have a covered outside patio area though you will mainly be looking at a parking lot and new construction. Super dog friendly - there is a sign that says service dogs only inside but there were definitely a lot of non service dogs inside.
Drink wise I got the cardamom mocha and I love it because it is not incredibly sweet and has a nice depth of chocolate flavor. If you like a Starbucks level of sweetness of mocha you likely may not like it, so don’t expect a super sweet drink. My husband got the seasonal snake bite which consists of vanilla citrus ginger syrup drink - definitely more vanilla and citrus but couldn’t appreciate the ginger as much. I do appreciate that if you ask it for here it comes in real mugs/real plates.
Food wise they source pastries/tacos/kolaches from various different stores. It is nice they have a microwave to heat up the kolaches/tacos. I got the mushroom danish pastry which I am fairly certain is from Sour Duck and it was delicious.
Service wise there was a little something left to be desired. I found the girl working the cashier uppity and cold, but maybe it was because it was early in the morning. Did kind of detract experience slightly.
Free parking lot in front so parking super easy.
Overall I would come again to enjoy aesthetics and drinks!

The service was great and the design is very unique! The food and drinks are average. The seating options are also uncomfortable. It can get pretty busy and noisy.

This was such a nice place to check out while we were visiting Austin! The coffee and food were really good! I liked that their vegan kolache was so tasty. I’m not vegan but I love to taste test different options. Also the blueberry latte was really cozy and delicious! The owner was also so kind. This is a very beautiful neighborhood coffee shop!

10/10 always. Not only is it the best coffee in Austin (truly, Flat Track beans have remained consistently fantastic for years), but it has the absolute best atmosphere of anywhere in town. Friendly people (both staff and clientele), warm/happy space. I always leave Palomino feeling better than when I walked in.
Palomino has great coffee, pastries and kolaches!

Best baristas and coffee in all of Austin. Alex and Joseph are true gems. This is not a sketchy part of Austin.
