Wait in line for over 30 minutes even when it’s not busy. They serve chow mein that’s pretty much just cabbage at the bottom of the bowl with no noodles and charge higher prices than normal to prey on college students. I’m never going here again.

Nice customer experience, but horrible portions of food. I ordered a plate with Orange Chicken and Chow Mein, and when I opened the lid, the portions were so bare, that I still felt I was hungry. This is the only panda express where the portions are small. Went to another Panda Express the other day, and the portions were way bigger than what they give out at the Union. Felt like I wasted ten bucks for a meal.

I have to wait 40 minutes in line. Only one person help serving the food in a 20-30 people lines. This is not even the first time it happens. They have a huge staffing issue. This place fail as a fast food chain.

The food offered here is the same quality as other Panda Express locations. There is always a bit of a line, and it consistently takes a while to get food here since there are always many out-of-stock food items. It's super convenient, so it's still worth going for a quick meal

I arrived at 1pm. I stood in line for 40mins because I never could have imagined it would move so slowly. In fact, I showed up 30mins prior to that but decided to take a walk because the line was so long. When I got back the line hadn't shrunk by a single person. I only got in line because I never could have imagined they'd manage their customers so poorly.Their manager only staffed two (2!!) employees to man the whole restaurant during the lunch rush. One in front and one in back. So this was not the employees' faults at all, just despicable management. Inconsiderate to both their own employees' workloads and the student custimers who have hourly classes and places to be.I ended up not getting to eat the lunch I paid for until an hour later because after losing a full hour to trying to get food, I had to run to catch the quiz in my next class. I hope they increase their pay and hire more staff. I've never given a 1 star rating before I but this was well earned until they fix their staffing problem.Their service during the most easily predictable crunch is deplorable.

It's definitely convenient that it's there in the Union, and depending on the time, there could be quite a line -- but it tends to move through efficiently. It seems fairly common that they would have run out of greens or they aren't bothering offering them as a base option, which is disappointing. But it is what it is!

Snottiest workers I have ever come across in the fast food industry, extremely rude and got the order wrong twice and continued to cop an attitude when we told her it was wrong, then gave us everything wrong AGAIN when we sent it back. I've worked in the food industry before and I know sometimes you can have a bad day, but it was absolutely ridiculous, and there is no excuse for treating customers this way. I have never written a bad review before. This is my first. So it has to say something that I felt the need to speak up.
