Slow svc. We (our carpool) usually get linch via the drive through and almost always end up parked and waiting for something. And then about 1 out of 3 times something is missing or wrong in the order.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is good, seems fine for wheelchair use.

this place gets 1 star because it's very clean.
But the food is always old, come, dry, oily, you name it.
I've tried to give them multiple chances and it just doesn't change. The chow mein is always superrrrrrr greasy, and everything just tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. It's annoying, working all day, and wanting to enjoy a hot meal because you are to tired to cook, just to have your time, money and taste buds wasted. They need to step it up ALOT. Just go a little further down to the Anderson mill location, the female manager there is always so nice, and makes sure the food is always HOT and cooked in rotation

I visited at 9:30 pm and was told that they only cook to order. However, when I asked for chow mein, I was informed that they could only serve what was already prepared, which was fried rice. The fried rice looked dry and old. When I asked if they could make chow mein, the lady serving gave me a dismissive look and said they couldn’t cook it anymore, with a clear attitude.
While I understand the kitchen was closing soon, don’t tell your customers you can cook to order if you’re not willing to follow through. This was a disappointing experience, and the poor customer service made it worse.

Already gave them a one star. Went back now updating my review with another one star. I literally buy an entree and the box is half full. Half full. How hard is it? It's 4:30 on a Thursday. Not busy. Not rushed. Can't fill a box up. It's basically two bites. This Panda Express has issues.
Usually takes a lot of attempts to get me to give up and write a bad review. I'm not one of those people that has one meal and does it. The last five times I've been to this Panda Express, each time it was 30 minutes to an hour before close and literally they were sold out of half the menu. Not only that, but there is only six primary entrees on the menu. The spot on the menu that has the most real estate where it has pictures of the food. There are only a handful of items that they select for that. 2 months ago they stopped selling the honey sesame chicken yet it remains as one of the main large items on their menu. Put a paper sign or something out there for goodness sake. And, don't run out of half the things on your menu 45 minutes before you close for the night. What the hell.
Vincent was the best!

Ordered the family platter, with kung pao chicken, walnut shrimp and orange chicken with friend rice and noodles. Every entree was made fresh and tasted awesome. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I've always liked this place - I get something from here every few months. I just tried eating inside and it was really nice - very clean. The Beijing beef was great, though the fried rice was more white than fried - still good though.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The food and fountain drinks are disgusting. 1rst time I said then it was nasty. Thinking maybe it was the cookers. 2nd time went again like months later bc I stay across the street and I must say they need to shut this location down. Not good at all!
Maybe it was because of the dinner time but there was only half the food available.
