We have been to a few pandas and this one is the best of all time. Never had a burned fried noodle ( had that 3 times at the panda next to ikea round rock), or bad customer service. Manager is very nice too. Just wish panda will offer spoon again, I had to bring my own spoon cos my 4 year old need it for his rice.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but the Four Points location is not good. The service is bad and I also found a piece of metal in my food. Be careful eating here.
I just ate all this food and found this bug! Disgusting! Never going back and hopefully I don't end up sick!

As a reminder— people generally don’t review “fast food” establishments unless it’s bad. So these reviews are probably greatly skewed. I had a perfectly pleasant experience there, and after looking at the existing reviews I was compelled to leave my experience— Great easy Asian food. Everything tasted great and was ready really quickly. Reasonably priced family meal. I ordered online and got a text when the food was ready. Jumped in the drive through line and got the food right away.

Slow svc. We (our carpool) usually get linch via the drive through and almost always end up parked and waiting for something. And then about 1 out of 3 times something is missing or wrong in the order.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is good, seems fine for wheelchair use.

this place gets 1 star because it's very clean.
But the food is always old, come, dry, oily, you name it.
I've tried to give them multiple chances and it just doesn't change. The chow mein is always superrrrrrr greasy, and everything just tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. It's annoying, working all day, and wanting to enjoy a hot meal because you are to tired to cook, just to have your time, money and taste buds wasted. They need to step it up ALOT. Just go a little further down to the Anderson mill location, the female manager there is always so nice, and makes sure the food is always HOT and cooked in rotation

I visited at 9:30 pm and was told that they only cook to order. However, when I asked for chow mein, I was informed that they could only serve what was already prepared, which was fried rice. The fried rice looked dry and old. When I asked if they could make chow mein, the lady serving gave me a dismissive look and said they couldn’t cook it anymore, with a clear attitude.
While I understand the kitchen was closing soon, don’t tell your customers you can cook to order if you’re not willing to follow through. This was a disappointing experience, and the poor customer service made it worse.
