I've frequented this location numerous times. Food is always hot and tasty. They've gotten our order correct time and time again. No issues with food quality or temperature. They've forgotten the fortune cookies a couple of times but I can live with that.
Staff is always friendly and polite. Drive thru is always pretty quick as well.
The inside of this location is actually a nice upgrade from any other Panda Express I've been to. Very nicely decorated.
Nice change of pace from burgers, fried chicken and pizza. Give them a chance. And don't forget to get the app so you can earn points/free food!

Update ...was good when it first opened. Not now, was told food will be ready in 5 minutes, waited 15, went inside and order wasn't even started. Had to tell her several times different items she forgot to put in bag. Also didn't put sauce, by that time was tired of dealing with it. Do not recommend any longer.

Normally I like Chinese food, but Panda Express always screws up my order of orange chicken. Every. Single. Time. However, the restrooms were clean and the staff were friendly, so there were plenty of redeemable qualities.

I had a wonderful experience at Panda Express! The chef Saulo was incredibly kind, elegant, and attentive. He prepared my Orange Chicken exactly the way I asked — perfectly crispy and full of flavor. August 28,2025 I came in through the drive through and there was a girl with black hair who spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful tone to begin with . When SHE had messed up my she dumped it out and put in my right order in the same box. Idk why she didn’t just give me a new box and new cup. Super unprofessional just so you know the panda on William cannon would never had done this to me.

Was a bit disappointed if I'm to be honest. The to go small container has shrunk. The food was sub par. I don't eat here often, but usually look forward to it. This particular place was in BelleTerra, between Austin and Dripping Springs Texas. I won't come again. Consistency is the ONLY thing when you have a corporate, franchised restaurant. Management needs to crack the whip at this particular place

The food was ready on time. But that’s where the good ends. We ordered 6 meals for the guys at our shop. Every single meal was mushy and extremely bland. Which sucks bc we love panda.
