I recently ordered a bowl of only fried rice and orange chicken. My mother wanted some walnut shrimp as well. After we orders and got our drinks, we were told to pull up to the drive thru waiting spot and they'd be out with the food, and we waited over 30 minutes for the simple bowl and walnut shrimp. I would have understood if we were waiting for the food to cook, but our server came up to the car, on the phone with someone else, and basically threw the food at us with no words and left.

I love Panda’s food, but… This is the worst Panda I had a chance to visit… and I visited it several times. Every time it is the same: they always out of everything and you have to wait forever to get what you want, and guess what… you will get not the food of best quality. I’m surprised they are still in business at this location

Drove from Wimberly (30 minute trip) to get some PE, Google Maps said it was open til 10:30. They closed at 10. Update your hours on Google Maps!!!

App and online says they are open till 10:30 pm. Placed an order at 9:30 with confirmed pickup at 9:50. Showed up only to see that they closed early and broke everything down and told that they have no food. Not only that was told that they couldn't even refund the money. Extremely poor service and since this is essentially the second time something like this has happened, I will not be patronizing this store again

Lesson learned. Don’t go to the outside drive through lane. I sat and watched 3 cars order and pull in front of me from the inside lane while I was repeatedly told to hold. Apparently two people work the inside lane and only 1 on the outside lane. What?
And always double check your order. No soy sauce despite asking for it.

I was the only customer in the restaurant. After ordering my food I went to the counter to asked for some condiments and approximately 8 workers were just staring at me. I said “no one is going to help me out?” There’s no urgency of good customer service.

I don’t understand why the reviews are so low but I went in just now with my mom and Khaled’s service spoke measures. We were so impressed with how patient and polite he was. It’s very rare to find people this kind nowadays!

I had this the other night and it was terrible. All I had was the noodles and they were absolutely awful. Gummy bad tasting. The eggrolls were ok.
