Worst treatment I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. As soon as I walked up, the employees immediately listed what they had left instead of asking what I wanted. There’s a sign right in front of the food that says, “Don’t see what you love? We’d love to make more.” I asked if they had any more shrimp, and they flat out said no and that they weren’t going to make more.
The rude attitude continued at the register. I asked for a medium soda, which is listed on the menu, and the cashier responded very abruptly, “There’s no medium. You can do large or small.”
It wasn’t just about being out of items, it was the tone and lack of basic customer service from both employees. Very unwelcoming experience and definitely not what I expect from Panda Express.
They were also out of fortune cookies, which felt pretty on brand for how the visit went. You will soon discover that choosing a different restaurant at the mall brings greater happiness

It was a pleasure to eat at panda express specially with a great welcome by Mrs Graciela always with a smile and great attitude I asked her what dish she will recommend me and she give me different options, plus she mention the new dish hot orange chicken, fried rice and vegetables, sooo good and very good combination. I do love panda express I visited this location the foods not taste fresh they warmed up noodle and rice front of my eyes witches in other locations I saw it. They open the new bag and they cook fresh foods also orange chicken was not sweet and It had a strong sour taste 👎

Service was pretty slow, but they were obviously understaffed. The main issue is there's obviously a food safety problem. I ordered a small entrée of the orange chicken and there was rice mixed into it. That means someone ordered orange chicken with their rice and the employee put it back into the food after touching the other person's rice. They also haphazardly put chicken eggrolls into the veggie spring rolls, so I wouldnt be surprised if these weren't the only food safety violations. Don't eat here if you have allergies.

I’m giving always 5 stars for panda food quality but I just visited this location at 3:30 pm today their out of kind of beside orange chicken everything else when I ask for manager I talked to him. It’s 3:30 PM not your closing time. What’s going on here? Anyway after I waited for long time guy work there with Professor's beard and serving food he was kind of mad and tried giving me food less than normal tea standard dishe, always I get thanks panda we want you stay in business and please training that location manager, that guy could be professional and focusing to customer care
Outstanding place! The service is fast, very friendly, polite, caring, accurate (i.e. Ajit, Chela, Lucero, Jonathan going the extra mile). The food is also great.. I recommend this place.
