Ordered online, stood in the online pickup area staring at my food for almost 10min as multiple employees just walked past me. Alexa was at the register and she kept looking at me and when I trued to politely ask for my order she just ignored me and turned away. It was actually comical ! LOL

I used to detest picking up from this location, but they have made some huge improvements lately. They are much better about getting to go orders out despite being very busy.

The 1 star was due to the AI at the drive thru. Not only was it frustrating to order with, but this trend of replacing people with AI is ridiculous. Corporate greed is out of control. Staff was great, food was fine, typical Panda Express otherwise. But any company or franchise that goes down this AI route is one star.
I love the Orange Chicken and wouldve given it 5 but the portion was a bit small. It was delicious though!
