This is the second time I've gone at 10 p.m. or a little before and they have nothing but leftovers. They say they only have those stews left. I don't understand why they don't say they close earlier then. 😡

Food I ordered seemed very under seasoned and cold? First Panda Express that I've honestly been disappointed with in the Austin Texas area.

I walked in at 10am and there was a lot of food missing. The manager and cook just stared at me with an ugly smirk and was not greeted. I get it I’m the first one there but I’d been up since 5am. Didn’t say anything to me but just had an ugly stare down. The food didn’t hit well either. Will not come back.

Just order a plate through Uber eats and I was a little disappointed. The noodles were cold, the teriyaki chicken was cold and there was no chicken in the Kung Pao chicken only vegetables. I wasn't expecting to have to put the food in the microwave once I received it. The egg roll was the only thing that was hot.

Wrong apartment, no notification of delivery, bugs in the food upon arrival. Bugs were not only located in the box that contained our meal, but inside of the individual takeout boxes that were thought to be secure. Terrible experience and a waste of 60 bucks. A complete joke.

Worst Panda Express location in Austin. Was out of fried rice at peak dinner time so I waited for fried rice to be made. They then sold out of orange chicken and gave the last chicken away to people who ordered after me and so I was told to wait longer for chicken to be made now. I asked for a refund and was told they can only give me a cash refund despite paying on a credit card. Just terrible customer service.

Pretty disappointed in this location. This is the 3rd time I've come here, this time before the lunch rush, and I'm still waiting 10min for a takeout teriyaki chicken order. And I just watched them serve a new customer that chicken before the customers who have been waiting.

That, and they're out of basic drink additions like sweetener for their tea.
The service is friendly, but the planning is seriously lacking.

I have had good experiences at this location in general, but today was a bit less positive.

I arrived about 10 minutes after the store opened (10 AM), according to Google, and walked through the unlocked door. I was told in a rude tone to leave for a few minutes until the staff was ready. This was no big deal, but I was a bit taken aback when I was denied from simply using the restroom.
