I love Panda Express but only certain locations where the flavor is consistent and the service is good. At this Location Eva and Penelope helped me with my order with excellent customer service, sense of urgency and super focused on their tasks. I love to eat where employees put effort and pride in what they do! The food is also excellent, i can tell they follow the recipe everytime!

Ordered from here because it was on the way home. Super disappointed with the order error. I ordered sweet fire chicken and it looks like it was made with the orange chicken breaded meat which is not the same. I think I'll stick with ordering from my closer location.
They served my food in front of me. After paying, they told me I had to wait because what I ordered was about to come out. I told them they had served my food in front of me. After making me wait, they handed me the food. Poor organization. Everyone who was there was waiting for their food, even though there were only a few people there.

I ordered 2 plates via from their mobile app for delivery, and the delivery driver stole and ate the food, they never dropped it off! There is no option to request issue or refund in the mobile app!
