New to the area. It's been about two weeks.
Based on my experience: 99% of the time they are out of coffee. Doesn't matter if it's 8am, 1pm or 6pm.
I'm all for fresh coffee and not wasting coffee.
It's not convenient if I have to wait every time.
Today the soda machine was down. No soda or coffee. Sign said grab tea or lemonade. Both were out.
Come Panera.

Placed an order online directly through Panera for delivery and never received it after being over an hour late (which was 2 hours after the order was placed). Eventually a DoorDash driver was assigned that was “one stop away” going past my location in the wrong direction for over an hour after eventually cancelling my order due to a “driver issue”. Tried calling the Panera store three times and no one answers the phone.

Eve took our order and was kind above and beyond. We ordered a smoothie and some pastries and drinks, we got our items very quickly and they were delicious.

Please take heater in order and everything was amazing! A special shout out to Lisa that went above and beyond to get everything organized, show us all the details, and even load it into our car. That was above and beyond an exceptional customer service.

Ordered an over $300 delivery order. After 20 minutes late, I called and it hadn't been assigned a driver. Management was completely dismissive and I ended up driving to get the order myself. Food was an hour late for a group of 15+ and was cold. I do not think they would have ever called that it wasn't arriving on time.

So delicious, very healthy food.
This is my favorite Panera Bread location. I’ve always received friendly, helpful and quick service. I always enjoy their chicken salad sandwich and Cheddar Broccoli soup. It’s also located next to Trader Joe’s which can be a budget buster if you go there on an empty stomach!

Panera Bread is not a gluten free/friendly restaurant, given that the word ‘Bread’ is in their restaurant-title name.
Shame on you Panera Bread! You would probably have more business.

When you walk into the resturant..floors dirty...tables need assistance but one, and all employees on their cell phone. Who is the manager. Pantera bread was not even busy to be in the shape it was. It needs to be closed one day and cleaned up..the bathrooms had ring around the toilets and the trash was over flowing but yet the cell phones had priority..I will not be back

I accidentally placed an order to this location, I tried calling 4 times to cancel, nobody answered and this wasn't even during busy hours either. I ultimately had to call corporate to cancel my order. Like 4 times and they all rang for at least 2 minutes. Just pick up the phone 😒
