Horrible. They take FOREVER. It's not a quick place to get lunch.

Giving 2 stars because the portions are terrible for the price. Currently wanted some chicken noodle soup since I'm not feeling well. For nearly $11, I thought a large portion of soup would be good. Instead, I received a size medium cup and it was gone in three bites. Hardly any chicken either. I'm still hungry.

Food was good service was horrible! Young man in the back preparing food couldn't even hand me a cup for water. I asked if they had any cups for water and he grabs the cups and drops them and says those are the cups and I was like what? And he does it again he could just pick one up and hand it to me.

AVOID THIS PANERA AT ALL COSTS. The customer service I received was absolutely appalling, the worst I've ever experienced; it was completely unhelpful, frustrating, and left me feeling completely disregarded.

I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup value duet and discovered my soup had some kind of inedible paper/plastic floating in it. Super gross :( there may need to be some retraining in food prep and safety at this location

My favorite location. Lots of outdoor seating, shielded from the wind.

I love the chicken avocado Sandwich, the cinnamon Rolls amazing, but the Coffee was really cold, and the side French Baguette was really bad n robbery I should take the chips instead. Thanks to the kind lady at the cashier.

Had a last minute order for our office lunch. Martin did a fantastic job expediting the order and getting it out in under 30 minutes (serving 15 people). The extra hustle was greatly appreciated!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the front door you should be able to use.

Just don’t expect much & you’ll be fine. Probably best to get take out. The vibe was kind of sad: counter staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there: no smile, smoothie was sloshed over the cup, no offer to warm the pastry, etc. No working closure on restroom door. But the coffee and bread were really good!

The place was dirty, food was ok, and none of the lattes/espresso/cafe menu items could be made because they “were out” of something…? They did have a couple flavors of drip coffee available (which was old and cold)!
