Concerning to hear the staff arguing about when the last time the tea dispensers were cleaned, while sipping on tea. Clear it wasn’t the last few days while staff member continued to refill one of the units pouring more tea into the dispenser. Today 4/6 mid afternoon. ?

If you want breakfast, don’t come here! The pastry case is always empty! I can only assume it’s bad managers-the other Paneras in town don’t seem to have this problem. I’ve reached out to corporate a number of times and have never gotten a reply. Stay away from this place!

This was my favorite spot to have dinner after a busy day , Now I just think the prices have gone so high . Ordered a Greek salad with chicken and a regular coffee and paid $16.00 . The salad was half bowl white and the coffee was cold . I didn’t ask them to heat it up im sure they would but I was so tired from work and just wanting a nice small dinner . Really think they can do better !

Their sip cup deal is back, and so am I. I love their value duets. The wild rice soup with the napa sandwich is my favorite. Soup a shade salty but still tasty.

It's currently 39 degrees outside and they have the ac on. Have they lost their mind? Oh no it's just them trying to manipulate you to buy more hot food. Terrible.

Another amazing location to grab a soup and a sandwichSandra was super cool and greeted us with a warm welcome. Mark made my sandwich to perfection and care ! There was another team member there that had dope looking frames on, and we shared a quick laugh with Mark about pokemon Go . Team members like this are the glue that keeps regulars coming back to an establishment!! Hope to run into ya'll again soonKid-friendliness: Warm and friendly atmosphere for all agesWheelchair accessibility: Definitely accessible

It pains me to say that what was once a great eatery and chain, has become so outrageously priced for what it is that it is no longer in the running for a top meal option. Please get your act together and lower costs/boost quality.

Placed an order and my sandwich was incredibly cold, malformed, and the cheese smelled like cigarettes — also missing my sides.

We appreciate Panera Bread's bagels, but our recent encounter with the staff and managers at this location left us very disappointed. I ordered a dozen plain bagels through the Panera App, but upon arriving at the restaurant, I found they only had 5 plain bagels available, despite already charging me for the entire order. Unlike other stores, this location failed to notify me of the issue, citing busyness even though there were employees at the counter and no customers in line. When I requested the available bagels, the cashier insisted I take alternative options, which I did not desire. When I asked for a credit, I was told to speak to the manager, who was reportedly on the phone. Despite explaining my time constraints due to picking up my child, I faced delays. Eventually, I accepted the partial order, requesting the manager to call me and, if possible, provide a credit.Since I did not receive a call, I contacted the store again. A manager apologized for the shortage and offered me the remaining order for the next day, which I accepted. However, when I called to confirm the order's availability the next day, the General Manager (Michael) accused me of being extremely rude to his employees, alleging cursing and banging on the counter, which was untrue. I suggested he review the store's video footage for accuracy, but he provided no response. I also questioned why he did not approach me directly at that time if the situation was so dire. Again, he had no response.Instead of addressing my concerns, Michael insisted I return solely to collect the order, asking me to not visit his store in the future. Disheartened, I attempted to communicate my disinterest in the remaining order, but he abruptly hung up.Upon reflecting on my experience, I discovered numerous negative reviews about this store, suggesting a systemic issue. Acknowledging the staffing shortage, it is crucial to hire managers with adequate customer service skills, as this impacts the brand and overall business. I hope the district manager or higher-ups take notice of these concerns, emphasizing the need for better customer service training and considering a reevaluation of the management at this location.
