Ordered extra avocado and barely got a few slivers, not even a quarter of one avocado. The food was just ok. Rude service and dirty atmosphere. Pretty disappointing.

Very relaxed panera location in such a busy shopping area. Amanda in particular was very nice and accommodating. They accidentally got my order wrong, but I thought I could just pick it off. She offered to remake it, but I thought that was silly, so instead she offered to remove the tomatoes for me so my hands don't get dirty. She is running around being an absolute star employee and friendly too.

I wish I could give this location the worst rating. I stopped and purchased a bowl of soup at 7:47 PM. I made it home and didn’t open it until about 8:45. To my surprise it was only a bowl of broth and carrots. Not a noodle or piece of chicken in sight. I know the person who prepared it knew it was a bowl of NOTHING! I called and told them I was bringing it back. I get there at 9:09, they knew I was coming and proceed to tell me they can refund me the next day because they have closed the register. Why not wait until I arrived or at least refunded the amount that I was charged. So when I got there I could take my money and leave. This was my first experience at a Panera Bread and will be my last!!!

This is a really big Panara in a great location..Best asiago beagle I'm ever had! Super cheesey....The artwork is cool here and they do a lot with the community and fundraising...A+ location!
