Panera Bread

Not too happy with the flavor of the drinks. Wish it was more fruity and sweet.

It seems that I haven’t been able to find one drink that I actually like.

For the food, well great chipotle sandwich. Not too hot just right. That was delicious.

Unfortunately for me both things need to be good. Those types of juices and teas are NOT my cup of tea.

If you walk in at 8:15 and they close at 9:00 they're going to look at you crazy. How are you out of strawberries when your specialty salad with strawberries is in season right now? Employees might be trying but they are young and they really just don't care. Less than welcoming. Unfortunate. Left with no food.

Placed a delivery order. After placing the order Rory called and politely shared that the store was out of an item I ordered. Rory offered some suggestions for solutions to replace the item. This was just a lovely thing to not have to find out that an item was missing upon delivery. Instead, someone on the team (Rory) took the initiative to give me a call and find a solution. Sometimes it feels like a rare occurrence to find customer service like this. Thank you for the kind phone call and making sure I am happy with my order! Excellent customer service!

I wanted to commend a young lady named Mahek who has helped me on multiple occasions with my order, she is absolutely the best. She has a great attitude, is friendly and very welcoming!

The food quality is definitely good, but try not to get to thianstore 35 minutes before they close. The counter person was on their phone texting or playing on their phone, and definitely not at all interested in serving customers.

I felt rushed and most definitely underappreciated.

The atmosphere is always good and just what I expected.

The place was reasonably clean and getting cleaned at the end of the day.

The menu pricing is really on the very high side considering the smaller portions compared to other healthy restaurants.

It is a good option only occasionally.

Are all so friendly and talkive

Tried ordering once, part of my food didn't come. Tried reordering it, and they still didn't have all of it in the bag when I got the second order. Manager was nice and said I had to reorder it again but by then, it wasn't available for online orders.

I'm a recent Panera convert and loving it! The unlimited sip club is a great value. I almost feel guilty going in every day for a free drink! Also, completely unexpected, but they officially have my favorite Italian sandwich! I order an Italian from everywhere that offers one and found that Panera has the the best! Spice is perfect. Oil and vinegar is exactly right. On fresh bread! I'd have one every day. Who knew?

Hands down the most modern location in the chain. This location even has USB Ports!!! Finally!!!

This Panara is also very clean and the employees here are on Point!

I had an excellent experience at this Panera location! I am allergic to chicken and the manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure I could eat here safely. The food was wonderful and I look forward to coming here again.

Good salad. Bread for sandwich somewhat tasteless. Fresh coffee! Good choice of cookies and bagels.

LONG WAIT TO GET DRUVE THROUGH FOOD

Decent food but terrible service. I ordered through the app and arrived to find virtually no one in the place except a guy who briefly appeared behind the counter but ignored my presence entirely. I checked the pickup shelf and my order wasn't there (despite the app saying it was ready for pickup). I went back to the counter and again some guy was there but went away without even saying hello. After a few minutes and me checking the pickup shelf again, some other guy appeared and I asked him where my order was. He asked me if it was on the shelf and I told him I'd already checked. He went back into the kitchen and fetched my order. I came home to find it was missing the chips (maybe I was supposed to pick them up on the way out). The food was decent but I felt invisible when I was at the place. Good service isn't hard to do, but, on this day, anyway, the staff couldn't manage it.
