Horrible service. Disrespectful staff. They handed me a disheveled sandwich that looked like leftovers from another customer’s plate. As I was enquiring about the same, they handed me a fresh slice of bread to fix it.. as if it was a usual thing for the customer to pick apart the hummus and other ingredients from the stale bread to the new slice of bread. There’s a first for everything I suppose !

Panera Bread has mastered the art of making it look like you're getting filling, healthy meal.However, the truth is it's all an illusion. Open your sandwich and see how little meat, cheese etc is there.I got a chicken sandwich and when I opened the sandwich all that was there was a little blob of meat, cheese and a BIG piece of onion, ostensibly to make up it look better. I was so offended I actually weighed the amount of meat on my kitchen scale. A standard portion of meat is 3 ounces, but the meat on my sandwich registered just over 2 ounces for the whole sandwich.Bottom line, Panera extends more effort creating an illusion of food than real food. So many better places to eat and not get ripped off.

Zero sauce on all our sandwiches. No sauce on pizza either. Also cherry on top; they were out of almost everything we asked for. Best Panera ever… oh I almost forgot! No napkins were provided at both drive thru and take out.

Had the chicken & peperoni melt. It was terrible. No good flavors, all grease, can't say what the grease was from as it had no flavor. Pepperoni had no flavor. Chicken was very unapealing, kinda shredded, kinda limp, not seasoned. The sandwich was limp. Not sure how you toast a sandwich and still have it not crisp in any way.Hope this was a one time thing. Previous visits to other locations have had appealing food.

This is the worst Panera Bread in Austin, I would much rather go to Gateway. The assistant manager with blonde hair is particularly rude and out of line. When chatting with some staff, I can tell they simply do not like her. Will never visit this place again!
Good place to have your breakfast. Very good customer service. Employees were very helpful and they were very knowledgeable, when it comes to what should goes with what. Their blueberry muffin and everything bagel is good. I always get that when I am at Panera bread. Over all very good experience.
Overly price. It was super expensive for a cup of soup and less than half a sandwich. NEVER AGAIN! $13.00

Go to a different Panera. This one is always out of ingredients so you don't get the actual item you ordered. No bread bowls, Gouda, tomatoes, apples, fruit cup. Soup...buy soup here.

I come here frequently on my lunch and always get my food so quickly. The staff are so kind and accommodating as well. My order is always 100% accurate, too, which isn’t always the case with orders that get finished so quickly. They also have great value meal and bagel deals that never fail to satisfy!

Do not order a Mocha at this location! They say chocolate latte but lets get real there is no chocolate in it.... I'd rather go to Starbucks since its the only way to get a CHOCOLATE latte with actual chocolate in it. The staff are the best though so still giving good rating.
