This location has fallen off a steep cliff. I used to frequently come here to finish up some remote work and have breakfast. My last few to go orders have been incorrect. The most egregious was a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, was given to me Without any egg. Wtf. I informed them, and they asked for sandwich and simply put an egg on it and handed it back. Proper customer service would be to remake the darn thing so it's more on the fresh side since I had driven away and had to drive back. Definitely recommend you avoid this location.

I’m removing my old review and giving this place a 4 star. The new Asian lady that came totally changed the culture of this place. The staffs are much better to their customers now. Thank you! ❤️

I felt very targeted and unwelcomed at this establishment. The manager seemed very rude. I hope next time she is more accepting. Bad experience.

Smiling staff, speedy service. A (pleasant and much-needed) change from a few months ago. Better lighting, fresh carpet.
The place is cold and this is not the first time. Even in summer they keep the temperature low enough that one has to wear jackets. I hope the kitchen staff are happy!

I used to love this panera bread and I don't know what happened in the last month or so, but the quality of food and service has completely dropped off the deep end. Like literally went from a 5 star place to if I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to order rapid pickup all the time here and it would be accurate every time, but whatever happened the last month or so - absolutely demolished this place's reputation. Absolutely TANKED it. This is the worst panera now and for a panera that you literally have to go INSIDE to pick up an order compared to most other locations with drive thru's, their service was the only thing going for them and without it - yeesh SKIP this location.
The reading comprehension skills of the staff may need to be reevaluated considering the number of reviews popping up about people's orders being messed up. My order was missing half of its contents and it says PICK TWO on the order ticket attached to my bag. My guy, if there's only one and not two, it obviously ain't right. The quality of their bagels at this location has also vastly gone downhill. I don't know what happened but they look like Madonna's iconic pointy bra now - why do these bagels have peaks? I like my bagels like I like my donuts, round without mountains so they can actually fit in my toaster.
I really don't know what happened to this location, but I am severely disappointed that I can no longer recommend it nor be a patron to it. Take it from me who used to be a regular, I'll drive the additional 20 minutes to the next location instead if I get a craving.

No matter how early you get here they never have any bakery treats in there the place is a front it's got to be there's no way off the food they sell that they can pay their rent on that building there is nothing in that place
