This Panera location is really on the struggle bus from a service perspective. We've gone here pretty frequently because we have a kid that really likes it, but it's about 50/50 to get an order that's accurately bagged. They seal up the carryout orders, so it seems like you shouldn't check it, but I would recommend you open it up in the store 100% of the time if you come here - you just can't trust the kitchen staff to get it right.The quality is usually good enough; occasionally things aren't so great, but not in an out of line way for a restaurant like this.EDIT: Examined a salad we got with the last wrong order, and there was an entire dead fly in it. Food rating goes down to 1 now.

The last 3 times I've thought of getting Panera this fall, they've been out of so much food that I've left or ended up not ordering. It just happened again. They're supposed to have this wide selection, but they're out of half of it, no pizzas, no baguettes, no tomatoes, or avocado. I stopped looking after seeing at least 3 things I wanted to order not available. There is a grocery store less than a mile away. Horrible management!

This new sandwich had slimy hot tomatoes, very little cheese, bitter greens which looked wilted ans tasted awful. Even the bread was bad! Friendly staff....bad food! Don't ever heat up a caprese sandwich.

Staff was very friendly but the dining room is freezing. I was shivering after sitting there for 10 minutes despite having a beanie and winter coat on. Very bizarre. Would not return l.

they forgot my bag of chips, and when i went back to the counter to ask for them the employee quite literally threw them on the counter in front of me and walked away. the food is terrible now, first time back in years and i will not return.

It blows my mind how incompetent and rude the staff is at this location. Like really how hard is it to put a sandwich in a bag?? Missed an entire full sandwich somehow and we spent $40. So annoyed and angry. I hate being a Karen but nothing is more frustrating than getting home and them being closed and an entire meal is MISSING. Don’t go to this location. If you do, check your bag!

Solid place to get a healthy meal and can be affordable if you get the value
I hate to give bad reviews, however when an experience is extreme in negative terms it’s worth noting.Ordered the chicken sandwich and the bun was as hard as a hockey puck. Getting the food took an excessively long time so it was a bummer to bite into it and worry about shattering my teeth.On a good note, the manager was very nice and refunded us. In addition, the orange scone and autumn soup werevery good.

We try to grab paneera once a month because of kiddos. Almost every time we come for dinner they have no bread. Today I asked about it and was told they can’t have leftovers so lowball the daily allotment and cannot make more after 5 pm. So the place that is literally called bread, does not have bread?

Worst possible place to eat , the food was gross, it was poorly thrown together, they didn't have any fountain drinks or teas that they promote, the only drinks that were available was lukewarm water and tea bags, and horrendous coffe. The service took way too long for me and my family to be the only ones in there, additionally not a single bread option was available even though I believe that is in the name. The ambiance was horrendous, there was no music or any other sound the staff did not say a single word or address me or my family when we went to get our food, on top of the false advertisement this is a horrible place and should be closed due to the terrible service, if I could give no starts I would.

We enter the restaurant and there was a few people (we thought that it was gonna be a bad restaurant) then we saw the menu, there was a lot of food to order, I order More Cheese and it was really good, it was like 5 to 10 minutes of waiting and really good service. 5 stars restaurant.
