Food and service have declined significantly under new ownership. They are riding the wave of years of great food and service for now, but that will not last. I will go elsewhere moving forward.

The attitude of the person working is horrible; I walked in first thing and was asked in a rude manner as if I were an inconvenience. He then said Come here and when I went to order. I asked for no MSG or Salt, told me that Chicken already had it on it, I said that was fine, but please don't add any more, and other items please don't add any. He said Don't understand why, it's already in there, I would appreciate the least amount possible.
Needless to say, we won't be back

Shoutout to the owner @ Pao’s Mandarin House! I’ve been ordering from there here & now and the food never misses! This time we got a call saying that our prepaid to go order was ready & we missed closing! The owner was so very sweet to stay open past closing to ensure we got our order😊I am so grateful because it was an amazing meal that we were so looking forward to!

We just tried to order food. The delivery driver had an issue and when we called to offer to pick it up ourselves, the response was - You are causing the issue and we are throwing your food away. It was the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. After years of loyal customer service, it is clear that customers do not matter. Head to Sakura where they have great food and appreciate their customers.

First time and last time. Not too pleasant with the customer service at the door- get in get out feeling. No real input on menu items. No real service. You eat you go. Now! More rice than chicken. Don't recommend.

Ordered the tofu basket (first time on the vegetables menu) and it only came with 2 pieces of tofu. I asked the server if it was on a sizzling hot plate. She said yes. But nope! It came in a bowl. Food didn't taste very good. Vegetable dumpling was meh. Eggplant was too sweet. This is my second time at Paos. I think they got worse or maybe suck at doing vegetarian dishes.

We’ve celebrated my husband’s birthday at Pao’s for years so he can enjoy their Peking duck — and we always called ahead as instructed. This year, I called three times to confirm, including the day before and an hour prior. Each time I was told no wait. But when we arrived, we were told it would be 25 minutes, and the front staff refused to take responsibility. The food was disappointing, no apology was offered, and the whole experience felt careless. Sadly, we won’t be back. Something has changed, and not for the better.

Excellent service. Holy crap.
The fried noodles are perfect.

This place is awesome
We looooove Pao's! Always fresh food and friendly service. We get the General Tsao's chicken and Beef Flat Noodles. Perfect pairing every time. In addition, they are always so welcoming of our little one which is a nice feeling when eating out in public.
