Papa Johns Pizza

Easily the most DISGUSTING pizza I have ever had the misfortune of trying, on a Friday night when craving some good ol’ Papa Johns pizza, stale, taste like straightforward grease and nothing else, no sauce, no nothing, if I can prevent someone from getting this trash pizza from a review, I’ll make sure I do, save yourself some money, TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING, NOT EDIBLE, GARBAGE. We threw it out. Both pies. Straight to trash where it belonged.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is a JOKE. They tried to charge me extra money for no reason, and when I questioned it, the lady at the counter had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Customer service? Nonexistent. Professionalism? Doesn’t exist here. You’d think I asked her for a favor instead of paying for food.

If this is how Papa John’s wants to treat paying customers, I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere. Domino’s, Pizza Hut, even the corner gas station pizza got them beat. Do yourself a favor: save your money, your time, and your patience — this place is not worth it or go to a different location.

Food had good seasoning.

Through Uber eats, I ordered 2 pizzas from form Papa Johns on 22nd of June, 2025, at around 11:06 A.M. The pizzas were contaminated with psychoactive chemicals. I wasn't able tovreas and wrote properly immediately after I was exposed to the chemical agent that was immanent in the food. As this has happened to me with other service provider, the matter, as opposed to the primary fault of Papa Johns, it could be due to the unethical interference by other parties.

For a very busy night after the Kali Uchis concert, the place was undermanned but still cranked out alot of orders. Thanx for the fresh hot food for these out of towners

Tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt, but truly the customer service we received tonight can only be described as fraud. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you get Nina on the phone, your money is already gone.

I come here often and the last 3 times the manager guys was nothing but rude and down right nasty . He is always sassy clothes always filthy is this how papa John’s employees present their selves? Tonight I came in he was sitting in a white truck smoking a joint clearly right in front of the store I couldn’t believe my eyes …as soon as he saw me he jumped out the truck and came directly behind me smelling just like marijuana … came directly in yelling at the teen boys calling them idiots and what not …. As he hands me my pizza with his marijuana hands I glance at the pizza box it’s nasty looking with sauce all over the pizza box and receipt … at this point I was livid because how do you get pizza sauce all over a box and a receipt? Just careless didn’t even apologize or offered to put my pizza in a different box or anything. I was so livid that I just walked right out of there and for that I will be parting ways with this location due to the manger man that always wears a hat scuffy beard always has on dirty khaki shorts heavy set

Terrible experience. Ordered ahead of time to get my order by lunch. Got here 30 min late. When I called to ask about it the man that answered the phone was very rude and hostile and made the whole conversation very uncomfortable. Will not return to this location. So somewhere else.

First time to order Papa John's and it will be the last.

Order online at 3PM for pickup and once I arrived at the location at 3:25PM it was apparently closed. Online ordering does not allow for cancelations and requires you to call in to cancel. This was at 3:30PM when I tried to call and the one worker on the inside avoided my call for 15 minutes playing on thier phone and staring at me through the window. Once they finally answered they said that they couldn't do anything because the manager was not there. After I left and on my way home I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup.... I called again for them to say that the order was not made and that they are canceling the order and it would take 3 days to refund.

I highly recommend going anywhere else but here and from this experience recommend anywhere else but Papa John's.
