I ordered from papajohns website at 8pm. They didn't say anything about not being able to deliver but I paid for a delivery fee. Door dash is delivering the pizza now? The website said it would take 50-60min. NOPE. 2+ hours for a pizza delivery.. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone. I can't even cancel the order.. DON'T BELIEVE THE WEBSITE. They will happily take your money. I'm going to report this place to BBB.

Obviously they don't care that there service sucks. I didn't see the reviews ahead of time. Mine was ordered for delivery (Which I Never do but I'm at work) The driver called to say they gave my pizza away and he was waiting on another one. ?? I then called the store bc I didn't order through door dash. The guy that answered away No your Pizza was not given away. The driver already left with it. Within a couple of minutes the Driver calls and says he can't find the house. So I tell him I'm flashing the porch light. I end up walking out into the street to wait for him while he turns around. It was another 5 mins before he showed up. He wasn't even on this street. My Pizza was Cold and the brownie didn't make it here. I tried to call the store again over and over but no no one would answer. So they charge you for 2 delivery fees but cold and missing food is what you get.

AVOID THIS STORE !!! Haha. Read these reviews on how terrible this location is, they are all spot on. I typically don’t post these but I’ve now had back to back terrible experiences here. First incident I had ordered and they charged me a $5+ delivery fee, then outsourced the delivery to Door Dash! I am a DD member and don’t pay for delivery fees. I tried multiple times to get the store to work with me in waiving / reimbursing that fee and they said call Door Dash. Door Dash said it’s the store. If they outsource delivery Papa John’s should not be charging delivery fees.Second time weeks later! Pizza showed up and missing toppings! Pizza toppings that were on the pizza were 3 inches interior of the pizza so there was 3 inches of crust, not ideal. Dough is cheap. Cheese, veggies and meat expensive. Wonder why they are doing this?? The boneless chicken was a joke. Terrible breading, half was not sauced, and super gristley. I tried reaching out to the store on this second issue and couldn’t get through.This location is only surviving because of proximity to UT.

Food is okay, but service? Unspeakably awful. I ordered delivery and they used door dash but I never got my order. I called to try and get a refund and stayed on call until I am fairly certain someone just hung up on me? I called back, same thing. So I decide to go there to get a refund and lo and behold there are people just standing around. When I asked about a refund they just made my order but still charged the delivery fee… to make matters worse, the worker was standing at the front and every time they got a call… they didn’t answer it and just hung up. Food is okay, service? Outright deplorable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - you'll be SO sorry you did! I had an unbelievably frustrating experience. I ordered via telephone call (through Papa John's call center) for a pizza delivery at 4:45pm. The lady in your call center assured me the order would be delivered at 4:45pm for my party, even though I was calling at 11:30am. I checked this multiple times and she said it was no problem. Shortly after, a DoorDash delivery driver contacted me saying he was at the location. Of course, I was not there - I hadn't expected an order then and didn't need or want it at that time! He said he had no way to reschedule the order or give me a refund since he was just Doordash. It was on me to try and fix the problem. I called the call center back and after a LONG wait to be connected, they told me I would have to call the local store. I was disconnected several times as they tried to transfer me. Finally I got the number of the local store (which is hidden on the website) and called it myself. I called and called, trying to get the mess sorted out. No one answered my first 3 calls. After a long wait, a man who spoke only Spanish answered. Luckily I speak spanish so I explained the mistake and asked for my same order to be delivered at 4:45. He was sympathetic and said it would definitely be there. BUT 4:45 rolled around, then 5pm, and it never came and despite me calling repeatedly. No one at the local store ever answered again. I called the call center, and their response was "sorry, we have no way to contact the local store! Your order shows it was delivered since they brought it earlier today!" (at the wrong time, when I wasn't home, and never got the pizza). We ended up picking up pizza at Domino's, but wasted so much time and energy trying to get it sorted out and missing parts of the gathering. SO frustrating. No one answers the phone and there is zero accountability for finding your order. I still don't have a refund and have no one to talk to about it since the store does not answer the phone. What a pain. Save yourself and order from Domino's or anywhere else!!

Ordered through Papa John's website directly. The order took longer than they expected. So they had door dash deliver it. Pizza was cold and the other half of the order was missing. Tried contacting the store on the phone multiple times. No answer. I guess I'm just out of half my order and the tip.

They don't answer the phone. Had issue with the order, called, gave up after 50 minutes of hold... I got to the point of wondering if they would answer at all after 20 minutes and just put the phone down to see. I get you can be a bit busy, but on hold for an hour is absurd.

Residents ordered wings and brownies and just received the wings and not the brownies, have been on hold for more than 30 minutes! They keep putting the resident on hold avoiding them!! They want their money back and ppl at nursing homes have their minds and papa johns on mlk are rude and

The manager (female) on shift tonight, 10.6.2023, was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband is stuck working at the hospital and I ordered him a pizza because he hasn't eaten all day. All of a sudden, the order said "delivered" when I happened to go back and click on "track" in the order confirmation email. It was earlier than predicted, which is great, but I hadn't received any updates or anything and the pizza is nowhere to be found.Called the store, first employee sounds entirely incompetent and just keeps repeating that they contract Doordash to deliver and they don't know anything else...all they can do is refund and I then have to go and place a new order if I still want him to get a pizza.So, I finally ask to speak with the manager and she constantly interrupts me, is generally short with me, and her tone is one of the rudest I've ever experienced. I started off nicely asking them to fix this--you know, basic customer service and logistics resolution. By the end of the call, I asked for the manager's name and she just hung up on me.My husband still has not eaten and there is no way I'm going to place another order here. I've been a long-time fan of Papa John's, they have been the only big pizza chain that I will eat from for most of my life and I always recommend them...sounds like it won't be my recommendation anymore. How sad, customer service has just gone out the window--and this "manager" should definitely not be in her position.
