Extremely disappointed with our recent pickup order. I ordered three large pizzas, and all of them were cold and hard when we picked them up. The crust was extremely thin, and there was barely any BBQ sauce. The pizza definitely did not taste the same as it usually does. This was not the quality I’ve come to expect.

I placed a large order vía the papa johns app. They now send delivery orders through door dash. Either way the original delivery driver delivered my order to the community main office/club house asked a random person/kid if they knew me. When that person said yes he handed over my order to who ever they were and changed my order states to complete but he never arrived at my door as requested per delivery instructions. I called the store and they tried to say my order was delivered, I had to tell them that I was literally texting with the driver and what he did with my order. They then reluctantly resent my order. The second door dash driver actually called to verify how to get to my unit/lot number in my community. Unfortunately the order was cold and where 1 of the pizzas was requested with easy sauce, the whole order was made with no sauce and my wings were barely coated in sauce. To say that my family was dissapointed is an understatement. I delete my account and uninstalled the app. We will never again order from this location.

This Papa John’s is pathetic. So the manager had a issue with my mentally challenged son that I placed a order for pickup I tried to help her deesclate the problem she treats me like him by telling me I am connected to him so I am just like him. I have never step foot in this place just placed an order for my son who is homeless. I requested for my refund she argued with me and no service was ever done. The manger on Rutherford is a poor excuse for a manager. I am not my son I own a whole business and work so be careful who you sterotype

I didn't take a pic bc kids took it from me. Everything was good just didn't have extra sauce *******+Had to update another review and more pix. I ordered another Pizza. It over cooked and I don't know how but first time I had a pizza hurt the roof of my mouth lol. Even thou that sounds crazy it did. They added extra sauce but only to the edge of the pizza. I did get cheese sticks and they were perfect. I didn't get a chance to take pix bc I drop the box and they fell on the floor.

Wrong pizza & They forget my 2 ranches and/or drinks the past 3-4 orders. Then the manager hangs up on me and doesn’t call back. I’m done with papa johns after a year of dealing with this location.
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza a while back, and it showed up with regular crust. - Called and they were kind enough to remake and send another pizza. However, on arrival, it was again not a stuffed crust. - The manager said they would add a note for a free pizza in the future for the trouble. Called today, and they said there was no such note on my profile. - Pizza was fine, just wasn’t what I ordered.

I usually order carry out and make sure I called on time and give plenty of time ahead for them to make my pizza, but lately they are always behind schedule and there is a huge line, so it not just me. They always have issues with the computer and the on-line / carry out and I guess food app because there are a lot of drivers waiting. Chaos
