So the manager had a issue with my mentally challenged son that I placed a order for pickup I tried to help her deesclate the problem she treats me like him by telling me I am connected to him so I am just like him. I have never step foot in this place just placed an order for my son who is homeless. I requested for my refund she argued with me and no service was ever done. The manger on Rutherford is a poor excuse for a manager. I am not my son I own a whole business and work so be careful who you sterotype

I didn't take a pic bc kids took it from me. Everything was good just didn't have extra sauce *******+Had to update another review and more pix. I ordered another Pizza. It over cooked and I don't know how but first time I had a pizza hurt the roof of my mouth lol. Even thou that sounds crazy it did. They added extra sauce but only to the edge of the pizza. I did get cheese sticks and they were perfect. I didn't get a chance to take pix bc I drop the box and they fell on the floor.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza a while back, and it showed up with regular crust. - Called and they were kind enough to remake and send another pizza. However, on arrival, it was again not a stuffed crust. - The manager said they would add a note for a free pizza in the future for the trouble. Called today, and they said there was no such note on my profile. - Pizza was fine, just wasn’t what I ordered.

We depend on this store to deliver our shop food on time and they do a great job. The toppings have been dwindling a little bit the past year, but the food is always very good and at a good price, so we understand why there would be fewer toppings.

I usually order carry out and make sure I called on time and give plenty of time ahead for them to make my pizza, but lately they are always behind schedule and there is a huge line, so it not just me. They always have issues with the computer and the on-line / carry out and I guess food app because there are a lot of drivers waiting. Chaos

Ordered on a Friday night with them canceling the delivery 5 minutes before arriving. No pickup option and sloppy response to their basic of basic service - make a pizza. Embarrassing business. Find another place or just wait for a delivery that will never arrive.
I have to say, much like the most recent reviews. That the quality of food here has gone way downhill since getting new owners and the old Manager Mike leaving! I ordered (not my usual) a much more expensive pizza since they just started a new deal where you get 30% off orders during lunch. What I got was not worth it@all, even with the discount! Take a look@my pics, it was so paper thin, you could literally see through it! And I ordered it w/extra sauce as ALWAYS&as ALWAYS they mostly never add extra sauce! Also, 3rd time in a row, my free order of cheese sticks did not come w/a blue cheese dressing cup! Idk if I'll frequent this location anymore, I'll just go to Buda, might be farther but@least I'll get what I ordered. Yes, I ate it, but I didn't enjoy it! I do have to give a shout-out to the employees who are there, they continue to show up even as they struggle to keep this location fully staffed! So, sometimes there's only 1 person&I see how they struggle! So reason for 3 stars, and that's being generous. Unlike how they are w/their ingredients!

I ordered a Spinach Alfredo with additional mushrooms thin crust pizza from this location. There was barely any spinach or mushroom. The pizza looked like a plain cheese pizza. Barely any topping. This is the last pizza my family will order from this location.

We ordered pizza earlier today Door Dash)and when it got here the medium pepperoni pizza with black olives was basically a cheese pizza with MAYBE one slice of pepperoni on each slice. AND this isn't the first time it's happened! What is so difficult about making a pepperoni pizza and putting black olives on it??? I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Unless, of course, you like ordering one thing and receiving something else. I gave one star, I wish I could give them a half or a quarter of a star!

Never received the order that we were supposed to have delivered. Overdue by 30 minutes. Called the store, and they were useless. They said the driver never showed up but that they would show up in the next 15 minutes. We cancelled the order and were promised a refund, but I don’t trust that they’ll actually do anything.

The Parmesan Crusted Meatball Pepperoni Papadia was the most disappointing purchase ive ever made in my life I paid 10.81$ for it and it was a little bigger than a 3$ taco, I understand its the norm nowadays for companies to lean on inflation and shrinkflation but this is a step too far I'll never step foot in Papa John's again for this
