Never received the order that we were supposed to have delivered. Overdue by 30 minutes. Called the store, and they were useless. They said the driver never showed up but that they would show up in the next 15 minutes. We cancelled the order and were promised a refund, but I don’t trust that they’ll actually do anything.

The Parmesan Crusted Meatball Pepperoni Papadia was the most disappointing purchase ive ever made in my life I paid 10.81$ for it and it was a little bigger than a 3$ taco, I understand its the norm nowadays for companies to lean on inflation and shrinkflation but this is a step too far I'll never step foot in Papa John's again for this

Dont bother with the wings from here. I ordered boneless and bone-in Buffalo wings. Bone-in had very little sauce and boneless had maybe a few drops. Pizza came out good but these wings are just sad.

I ordered a 2 for 6.99 deal and asked for wings with the garlic Parmesan and honey chipotle on the side and they said that was fine. Upon receiving my order, I saw I got the wrong style wings and no sauces at all. I called them back and was placed on hold/disconnected and had to call back for about 2 hours and when I finally left call transfer hell, I was told they couldn’t find me in the system which means there’s nothing they can do. So basically I was told, “even though your wings were made incorrectly, we can’t find you so we’re not gonna help you. Eat your wings as is”. The lady basically then complained about me to her coworker (not realizing she hadn’t fully hung up on me). So here I sit with wings with no sauce and no one to try and make this right. Yay.

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order to be delivered at 7pm. It's 8:07 and it's just now arriving. Manager called that the driver forgot it. No mention about making a fresh order or refund. Tried calling and could never get an answer. Ridiculous to pay for a cold pizza. And the order is wrong. Ordered a cheesy calzone and it's just a stuffed crust. I'll never order from this location again
I stopped going to Papa John’s in California…always a bad experience. Stopped going in Las Vegas, always bad. Tried the PPJ’s here in Austin and everything was perfect! Gave them another shot…perfection! I’ve used them at least a dozen more times and they have yet to disappoint even a little. They have never forgot a sauce or anything else and have always been real quick. Thanks guys!!

This location has a nightmare wait unless you just order ahead on the app remember Papa Johns & Pizza hut let you order then be able to still select to pay in cash at store. That gives them the extra star on service.
