We order here often, but today we ordered the chicken wings and it made our son sick. He said it tasted uncooked and/or raw? I called the store to ask about it and was told that all chicken and sausage were pre-cooked before getting to the store. I guess that means that ALL chicken wings and sausage (on pizzas) are just heated up (not freshly cooked)? Either way, my son got sick, just after eating the wings and the store said that we need to talk to the general manager to get comp'd for $7 wings? Seriously? I passed on his offer to "wait" while he passes it to the General Manager to see if it might be an option, as it seemed like a huge amount of trouble to ask for a comp'd meal (considering we spend $30-40 / every few weeks at this store). Otherwise, the food and service has always been excellent.

If there was a 10 for SERVICE, I WOULD PUT IT.The Manager here at this location HANDLES Problems better than their WHOLE Customer Support Line at the moment I had the problem.Long story short, not only Their Manager But the Employees Here Deserve raises after what I've experienced tonight. Was here for UberEATS , arrived at 12:53 and the doors were locked and lights were off. People are inside. Maybe tell corporate to not allow online orders. This is eating my time , gas and $$ , also several other people were outside pulling up for online orders.

I called this store to place an oder (option 3) the lime gave an error message and said to call again. Tried 5 more times, same result. Called again, option 5 to connect to manager. A very rude male answered, I said need to place a delivery order. Male said for that to go online or call back and press option 3. The man answering the manager’s line then abruptly hung up on me. My call with the “manager” was 4-14-23 at 2:05 pm. Terrible, I’ll never buy Papa Johns Pizza again.

DO NOT ORDER FROMHERE.. DO NOT SCHEDULE.. they will call with technical issues right before the order is suppose to be delivered from corporate but only after they charge your card.. so the money you spent is on hold for a few days. Papa Johns service has gone down hill. Thank goodness for Dominos pizza..
