Ordered delivery that bs was nasty the meat tasted old the pizza was just sloppy

I literally got my order stolen. Placed an order waited over an hour for the food. Next thing you know it says delivered and we did not get the order. Tried calling but nobody picked up for over 30 minutes.

Arboretum area location.... There was a couple of us in line and not once did he greet any of us. He dropped a pizza on the ground, grabbed his phone, and told us to go outside and locked the door. Another employee showed up and then we were let inside. The employee that showed up at least greeted us but you can tell he was called into work to help when he had the day off. I ordered a medium pizza and some cheese sticks for pickup. The manager at the store was the only one working and didn't make the food in the size it was ordered. My pizza and cheese sticks was more of a small or almost personal sized and was not round at all. I will order from Pizza Hut from now on

Worst experience! Where is zero stars? I see a lot of people complaining that they don’t get their orders from DoorDash and I see why! As a delivery driver I was there and waited for 20 minutes. I understand they were backed up. He handed me one order when I clearly said two names and went back there to do some more work and I see my other order sitting on the counter and I told him that I think that’s my other order, mind you I told him politely and he told me to back away from the counter he did not care to give me my order. He was being extremely arrogant going on a power trip when I am just trying to deliver my customer his food and because I gave him attitude afterwards telling him “well I clearly gave you two names and you only just handed me one and left me.” He just was more concerned about me being close to the counter. I see why the customers are not getting their food, instead of him coming and handing me the food that I’ve been waiting on for over 20 minutes. He wants to argue about where I’m standing even when I back up close to the door, he still doesn’t care to come and give me the food he continues doing more orders. I have never experienced such rudeness, and that gentleman was extremely disgusting this evening. Then he has the audacity to tell me that I can unassign myself from the order if I want to, for what? When the order is clearly ready! To have another Dasher assigned to this order, more time wasted on the customer receiving their food.

I am completely unsatisfied with jay I spoke to her kindly and she had the audacity to hung up on me wile I was speaking on the phone with her I will definitely not be ordering in this place any more I had ordered marinara sauce with my Uber order and brought me garlic sauce I understand mistakes can happen but disrespect towards consumers orders can’t

Not very friendly here. Mgr is the only one that's really good. The rest of employees fire them!

This location is so bad. We always have problems. Last time, our cheesesticks were half breadsticks.

Absolutely horrible service. They just stare at you when you walk in — no greeting or smile or anything. Usually it’s no big deal because I pick up my pizza and go. But they gave me the wrong pizza, so I had to wait while they remade it. The ladies working today were cussing up a storm. I also saw them being super rude to 3 different DoorDash drivers for no apparent reason. You basically feel like a complete bother and waste of their breath and time.

Kid-friendliness: Do not bring kids here unless you’re fine with them hearing the f-word and n-word every 2 seconds.

The reviews are entirely justified - ordered over 1.5 hours ago. DoorDash tracker says pizza was delivered 40 minutes ago - which it wasn't.
Haven't been able to contact anyone on the phone to ask for a refund.
Funnily enough, if you call the line to place an order, they pick up straight away but they'll shunt you to the other line to speak to a manager.

Its self evident that there's absolutely zero standards here

Poor customer service. First off they rely on Door Dash which makes their delivery way more expensive and less reliable. I ordered a pizza, a soda and some cheese sticks. Food arrives missing the cheese sticks. I call the store and whoever answered was not very friendly. No apology offered just we’ll issue a refund. I told her no I wanted what I ordered and she told me it could be another 30-45minutes. An hour later nothing so I call back. Same lady answers and I said to forget it and she said they just picked it up. Food arrives cold and missing the garlic sauce. Literally the ONLY reason I ordered from them. Door Dash sucks. Get your delivery drivers back and be nicer to people whose orders are messed up. There are better places to order from who treat their customers better.
