Least interested staff. Although my pickup order was ready in time, the pizza tasted like garbage. It seemed like the staff were least interested in preparing it. When I asked for a couple of extra green chillies, the guy at the front counter got me a couple of chillies that were stale, using his bare hands instead of using gloves or paper towel.

The GM there treats DoorDashers like trash

Lewis was a great face to the store, he was courteous and well spoken. My food was hot and ready once when I walked in the store. Customer service was above satisfactory.

Don’t order from here!! We placed a carry out order, arrived to pick it up and the doors were locked with no one answering! They don’t answer the phones and the national care team isn’t able to automatically refund the order- the store has to review it. Ruined our night!

This place sent my order to Doordash and when I called to cancel no one picked up. There is no way to cancel an order online, so now I'm currently waiting on a Doordash driver who has so far been quite rude.

Mess up the order every time! I call to ask them to refund me the cost, or correct it. Sit on hold for 15+ minutes. No one ever answers. Have to email corporate to complain. Takes multiple days for a response. Done with this place!

I literally got my order stolen. Placed an order waited over an hour for the food. Next thing you know it says delivered and we did not get the order. Tried calling but nobody picked up for over 30 minutes.

Arboretum area location.... There was a couple of us in line and not once did he greet any of us. He dropped a pizza on the ground, grabbed his phone, and told us to go outside and locked the door. Another employee showed up and then we were let inside. The employee that showed up at least greeted us but you can tell he was called into work to help when he had the day off. I ordered a medium pizza and some cheese sticks for pickup. The manager at the store was the only one working and didn't make the food in the size it was ordered. My pizza and cheese sticks was more of a small or almost personal sized and was not round at all. I will order from Pizza Hut from now on
