My pizza was delivered and left on the trash for two hours. When I first contacted the store, I was told that my pizza had been made, even though they didn’t ask for my name. Two hours later, I called again and was put on hold for 45 minutes by the manager.

Wouldn’t answer the phone and then when I arrived in person at 11:37 they said they couldn’t allow pick up past 11:30 (mind you it was completely dead there) it’s not like they were slammed and couldn’t answer the phone. They just didn’t want to work.

I ordered DoorDash through the Papa John’s app and never received my food. I went to the store location and both of the workers I encountered were kind and helpful. Not only helped replace my stolen/lost order, they gave me a free pizza for the inconvenience. I ordered a heart shaped pizza and they did not disappoint. Super cute, uncut however. Great experience and super friendly people! My only one complaint is when I called the store, no one picked up. Even after calling numerous times.

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or make orders correctly anymore. Even with no other orders on their screen. PapaJohns has gone downhill. Hire more people who speak English so anyone can take calls.

Delivery is a joke. Pizza was left completely slid to one corner of the box, leaving a pile of bread and cheese. If you call the store, no one ever picks up. Call customer service to reach someone? They transfer you to the store that never answers the phone. Useless business. Stay away

Do not do delivery here I decide to do delivery and they told me it was going to arrive in 30 min it’s been longer then 30 minutes so I decide to call to see why it’s taking so long and they tell me I haven’t made a order. They have done this once decide to give it a try again and I was disappointed once again .
