My pizza was delivered and left on the trash for two hours. When I first contacted the store, I was told that my pizza had been made, even though they didn’t ask for my name. Two hours later, I called again and was put on hold for 45 minutes by the manager.

Wouldn’t answer the phone and then when I arrived in person at 11:37 they said they couldn’t allow pick up past 11:30 (mind you it was completely dead there) it’s not like they were slammed and couldn’t answer the phone. They just didn’t want to work.

I ordered DoorDash through the Papa John’s app and never received my food. I went to the store location and both of the workers I encountered were kind and helpful. Not only helped replace my stolen/lost order, they gave me a free pizza for the inconvenience. I ordered a heart shaped pizza and they did not disappoint. Super cute, uncut however. Great experience and super friendly people! My only one complaint is when I called the store, no one picked up. Even after calling numerous times.

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or make orders correctly anymore. Even with no other orders on their screen. PapaJohns has gone downhill. Hire more people who speak English so anyone can take calls.

Delivery is a joke. Pizza was left completely slid to one corner of the box, leaving a pile of bread and cheese. If you call the store, no one ever picks up. Call customer service to reach someone? They transfer you to the store that never answers the phone. Useless business. Stay away

Do not do delivery here I decide to do delivery and they told me it was going to arrive in 30 min it’s been longer then 30 minutes so I decide to call to see why it’s taking so long and they tell me I haven’t made a order. They have done this once decide to give it a try again and I was disappointed once again .

I'm not going to order delivery from here anymore. This is the second pizza chain that outsources their delivery orders. If I don't have connectivity on my phone or it's not charged enough, then I cannot translate English into Spanish, Portuguese, or one that I still have not figured out what it is just to try to tell them where I'm at. There is no guarantee they will deliver to the correct place. I say this from personal experience. If this was Domino's or Pizza Hut that have their own delivery drivers, there would be someone accountable and you'd get your food eventually. But without sourcing, it's always someone else's problem.

Places an order online and didn't get order for an HOUR and 1/2 later. PIZZA WAS ICE COLD. I had to drive it back to them because they used doordash to deliver for them. When I got there a lady remade it but as she was making it, her husband and little son showed up. The kid was maybe 2 yrs old and ran to the kitchen area as she was making my pizza and was playing with a green to bucket he brought in. Her husband goes behind the counter and starts kissing all over her neck. I told my husband to just ask her for our money back because she didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with her. She continues to make the pizza and after she puts it in to cook she picks up her son and walks off to go chill with her little family. The other guy there gets my pizza out the oven, box and cuts it for her. PAPA JOHN'S PLEASE KNOW THAT IT'S NOT SAFE TO A KID TO BE BACK BEHIND THAT COUNTER! BUT I GUESS THAT'S WHAT YALL ALLOW! I WILL JUST STICK TO PIZZA HUT! THANKS FOR RUINING MY SATURDAY DINNER!

I've been going to this location for years. Went in a few days ago and saw an entirely new crew of workers. It was mostly young people, but unlike a lot of young workers, they were very courteous and professional, just like what I'm used to at that location. I'll definitely be back.

Just order food from them today at 7:30 it was for delivery. They just left the food at the door and never knocked to tells us it has been delivered. The pizza is not cut and received the wrong soda with are meal. Spent over 50 dollars for nothing.
