I have ordered a pizza with 2 toppings... This is what I have gotten 😑 Totally ridiculous... That's the last time I am spending a $ here.

Do not do delivery here I decide to do delivery and they told me it was going to arrive in 30 min it’s been longer then 30 minutes so I decide to call to see why it’s taking so long and they tell me I haven’t made a order. They have done this once decide to give it a try again and I was disappointed once again .

I'm not going to order delivery from here anymore. This is the second pizza chain that outsources their delivery orders. If I don't have connectivity on my phone or it's not charged enough, then I cannot translate English into Spanish, Portuguese, or one that I still have not figured out what it is just to try to tell them where I'm at. There is no guarantee they will deliver to the correct place. I say this from personal experience. If this was Domino's or Pizza Hut that have their own delivery drivers, there would be someone accountable and you'd get your food eventually. But without sourcing, it's always someone else's problem.

Places an order online and didn't get order for an HOUR and 1/2 later. PIZZA WAS ICE COLD. I had to drive it back to them because they used doordash to deliver for them. When I got there a lady remade it but as she was making it, her husband and little son showed up. The kid was maybe 2 yrs old and ran to the kitchen area as she was making my pizza and was playing with a green to bucket he brought in. Her husband goes behind the counter and starts kissing all over her neck. I told my husband to just ask her for our money back because she didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with her. She continues to make the pizza and after she puts it in to cook she picks up her son and walks off to go chill with her little family. The other guy there gets my pizza out the oven, box and cuts it for her. PAPA JOHN'S PLEASE KNOW THAT IT'S NOT SAFE TO A KID TO BE BACK BEHIND THAT COUNTER! BUT I GUESS THAT'S WHAT YALL ALLOW! I WILL JUST STICK TO PIZZA HUT! THANKS FOR RUINING MY SATURDAY DINNER!

I've been going to this location for years. Went in a few days ago and saw an entirely new crew of workers. It was mostly young people, but unlike a lot of young workers, they were very courteous and professional, just like what I'm used to at that location. I'll definitely be back.

Just order food from them today at 7:30 it was for delivery. They just left the food at the door and never knocked to tells us it has been delivered. The pizza is not cut and received the wrong soda with are meal. Spent over 50 dollars for nothing.

Lazy employees will make eye contact with you and then go straight back to watching tik tok on their phone. I have ordered extra dipping sauce at least 5 times and have NOT ONCE received extra. The pizza is typically sub par for papa johns standards. In my opinion this is a very poorly run papa johns and I recommend you order from a different one or go somewhere else all together
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I placed an order on Uber eats for a single order of cheese sticks. That’s right ONLY an order of CHEESE STICKS. I waited 2 hours for this order. Do better. No one should wait 2 hours for a single order of cheese sticks. And when they finally arrived this is what they looked like lmao.

I don't know who made our pizza on wells branch BUT it was the best pizza I have had since we moved back to TX from Brockton ma. I don't know who made it but give them a raise. BEST PIZZA EVER.

Ordered a few things around 9 waiting for about 2 hours almost get my food delivered from door dash the lady didn't find my apartment I had to meet her to get my food by the time we were going to eat it the pizza was cold since it has been sitting there the wings were cold and we're not cooked all the way my kids didn't get to eat cause they already went to bed had to feed them something else before bed so basically I wasted more than $30 on food very disappointed

If you want your food made by teenagers who DONT wash or sanitize ANYTHING or if you want to walk in and hear the LOUD music as well as the employees using foul language THIS is the papa johns to go to. They absolutely care nothing about their patrons. so disrespectful. I chose to not place an order because of this.

There was a girl who didn't want to sell us a pizza, we had to buy in doordash, the girl was upset since we arrived, her attitude was really uncomfortable and we really felt bad. Then when was the time to pick it up she just ignored us for about ten minutes, then she just gave us the pizza in a really rude manner. This was today 03/01/2024 at 23:30 ish
