They absolutely care nothing about their patrons. so disrespectful. I chose to not place an order because of this.

There was a girl who didn't want to sell us a pizza, we had to buy in doordash, the girl was upset since we arrived, her attitude was really uncomfortable and we really felt bad. Then when was the time to pick it up she just ignored us for about ten minutes, then she just gave us the pizza in a really rude manner. This was today 03/01/2024 at 23:30 ish

Just needed to say that we appreciate the effort the manager put in tonight for resolving an issue caused by the door dash delivery. Despite working alone he answered the phone and listened to our concerns and then sent a new pizza quickly. We've always enjoyed the quality of this store, and now we really appreciate their staff. Thank you ?

We will no longer be ordering from papa John’s. The last 6 months whenever we order, the pizza has been gross. Dough that is barely done and soggy, toppings haphazardly put on without it being cut all the way.

I ordered 1 large cheese pizza and cheese bread at 6pm then doordash showes up at my house at 8:15 with cold pizza and cold cheese bread the store is literally 4 minutes from my house if i would have known that i would have went and picked it up

I ordered a pizza. The driver took it somewhere else and tried to give me someone else's pizza. Then he went and got my pizza (which had been in the hands of someone else, of course). I refused that, since who knows what may have been done to it. Then I called the store to reverse my credit card transaction. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and 53 seconds, only to have the phone system disconnect me. In the next call, I got someone who was clearly not too versed on the system. Who knows whether the transaction was actually reversed? So now I'll have to watch my credit card account for a couple days.Given that delivering the right pizza to the right address is more than they can do, I can find somewhere else to buy a pizza.Edit to add: I tried again. I put the gate code and my building number in the instructions, and the driver took it to the wrong building. Reading is more than these "customer service" people can be bothered to do.

Pizza is fine, but order is almost always wrong. We do carry out and don't want to have to drive back for what we actually ordered. But I guess I've reached my limit with settling so I'm leaving a review this time. I orderedWell done spicy buffalo wings and got plain ( no sauce) soggy wings.

They can't make the deliveries that they take. Waited 40 minutes after my pizza was made and no delivery yet. Finally called the store and talked to Nicole, who said that it would likely be at least another 20 minutes.This franchise should not be open.
