They were fast and the app kept me informed as to the status. When I picked it up, the lady was very professional and efficient, excellent customer service. I come here so often that I can't post every time. But I tell you: this time was somehow even better than before!
Previous review: Went today and got the Shaq deal pizza. THE BEST!!! Amazing. Now I know what to get here. But... it gets better. The service: really good! I've seen the same young lady there every time. She is wonderful. Please, give her a raise!

Damn Shaq A Roni commercial lured me in after seeing it 30 times. Pizza was pretty good, I think they use too much butter on the crust tho. Had a Philly cheesesteak calzone or whatever they call it, that was very good. Breadsticks were good as well. All in all a decent experience when I ordered way too much food for myself.

The non-american dark skinned Asian lady refused to give me my pizza after I used my gift card and points. She told me I owed $1.47 left but when I tried to pay the remainder with my card, she downright refused to take my credit card and only wanted cash. She gave me an attitude that was harsh. I didn't feel respected and she refused to difuse the situation. So much for wanting to save money by gift cards and papa dough...I went to Domino's instead and they treated me much better there! Dynesha is an absolute QUEEN. Came in right when they opened to order a dozen large pizzas for a customer “thank you” lunch and they needed to be ready in an hour. She was working by herself and knocked it out no problem. Thank you, Dynesha!!!!

I always have good service here and always enjoy my pizza! However tonight I accidentally placed for carryout instead of delivery my car is messed up so I was not able to carryout so I called and Osvaldo(sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped me change my order to delivery... he was so patient and kind and really helped me out. I was scared I wouldn't be able to feed my son tonight but because of his patience and kindness I do! Thank you so much

Worst experience ever! I ordered pizza for our team and the delivery driver not once but twice delivered the pizza at the wrong location! I will never order from this place again! When I called for help the lady that took my call was less than helpful and ended up hanging up on me!
Manager was terrible, she yelled at my autistic son because he wouldn't speak to her even though he is non verbal. Terrible experience would never purchase from the location ever again, she should be fired.

I ordered a pizza for delivery & they dropped it off on my porch - without telling me. It sat out there until I discovered it - I called the store and the “manager” told me my order didn’t exist and then hung up on me. I just thought they would want to know…🤷♀️ guess not.
