I ordered a pizza for delivery & they dropped it off on my porch - without telling me. It sat out there until I discovered it - I called the store and the “manager” told me my order didn’t exist and then hung up on me. I just thought they would want to know…🤷♀️ guess not.

This store doesn’t deserve its bad reputation, hidden gem. Ordered over 10+ times and they are by far the best here in the North side. Not super far from store but delivery is ALWAYS timely and order is never wrong. Hungry and want good pizza for not an outrageous price, give them a chance

First and last time I buy from PJ. Placed my order at 6p for a scheduled delivery at 7:30p. The food arrived sometime between 8p- 8:30p, idk the delivery driver didn’t knock and they didn’t send a courtesy text. I found the pizza at my front door cold AF when I went to walk my dog. Pro tip: don’t bother calling they don’t answer. Just show up in person if you can.

This location used DoorDash to deliver my pizza, I watched the driver drop my food on the ground box open pizza destroyed and still handed it to me and wouldn’t return to complete the delivery. I ended up having to go to the store and get the order swapped out myself. The night shift manager had a very bad attitude asking “how do you know they dropped it,” and making very nasty comments while remaking the order. I usually love papa John’s but I will never go back to this location.

It seems pretty habitual of this place to not deliver food. When I called to speak to the manager, she informed me that when I ordered delivery through the app, which automatically picks the closest store to you, I believed, that it was my problem not hers that I ordered from the wrong location. Refused to give her name and called it her “private information.” The “manager.” Just wow…
