It's not even worth the 1 star. THE "GM" HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called and put in a order over the phone for carry out. Called and picked up within an hour on a Friday night which is a win but when we got home the order was incorrect. Called the number we called to put in the order. The "GM" that answered said she was unable to do anything about our order and to call customer service since they are the ones who took the order. When in fact we put our order in with the store on the phone. She accused me of calling her a liar. Was raising her voice. VERY UMPROFESSIONAL from a "GM". She was very rude. She was unwilling to listen or help. I asked for her name she refused to give it out. When i mentioned i was going to reach out to cooperate. She said "do it. Call them". I asked for the store number and she kept saying "you called the phone number, you should have it" it took me raising my tone for her to understand i meant the location number. All i wanted was to get my transaction fixed due to being charged one amount for a pizza and not getting it or even a credit to our account since it's our neighborhood pizza place. But at this point we will not be back. I hope corporate reaches out within their 48hrs as they mentioned when i called them.

This is probably the worst pizza I've ever had before. Not only that but the service is terrible, even if you have any chance of talking to the customer service representative they don't help find a solution or seem to be interested in actually doing "CUSTOMER SERVICE". I've given them more than plenty of chances to redeem themselves and always have been let down. My advice is to go back to pizza making school and learn how to make a good pizza instead of trying to hide the fact your pizza sucks by coming out with all the different extra stuff that still sucks.I hope this review will be read by as many people as possible, maybe it's time for papa johns to retire from the trade. ? Based off the other recent reviews either this location or the whole chain should just be closed.

Some of the absolute worst people working here. Messed up the order and gave me a ton of attitude to fix it. No sorry or explanation just snatched from my hand and said wait. That’s it. Why pay money to be treated like this. Just go somewhere else.

Seems to be a common theme but also messed up our order just like several others in the comments. When we told them that it was not the right order, they gave us a lot of attitude in order to make our correct order.So be warned and check your order!

Please do not order from this Papa Johns’ location! I am a ex -papa johns employee and this place is not up to standard. The food is not properly handled and the store is filthy. This is my second and final time at this location. It is very embarrassing to had work for this company that allows this store to continue operating.

They messed up my order so I called and spoke to manager (John) he was understanding and told me to go back whenever and they would make it right. I called three days later and they told me there was no credit for me and they couldn’t give me anything, that I had to wait until he was in to speak to him. What’s the purpose of making it right, if it’s gonna be on their own terms…
Doordash F-ing you guys over. Showing up with 80% of the order missing and 2 hours later. Driver not able to communicate. Stealing food and providing horrible service.

Ordered a pizza that was delivered incorrect and cold. Had a topping I am allergic to so I couldn't eat it. After calling the location to correct the order the lady said they would send me a replacement. 1.5hrs later still nothing and now they're closed. So much for dinner.

This used to be a fantastic location for delivery but has rocketed downhill in the last 6 months. There's a revolving door of staff, so no one knows what is going on. Their drivers have been replaced by Doordash, so forget getting your food in less than an hour. Oh, and if you choose to pick up, make sure you know where the store is because nobody knows how to turn on the lighted signs. At least my order was ready when l arrived.
