I ordered a pizza last night and the driver and I had communication issues and he stopped answering and it was after hours so I couldn’t call in and the next day I called they told me I have to wait 48 hours for somebody to get back to me and then the store said I have to wait til after 4. Im so upset with hour they handled the situation like it wasn’t my money spent.

The customer experience has gone so far downhill. Ordered via the app. They don’t have delivery drivers anymore. They use DoorDash now. Food never arrived. DoorDash sent the driver to a street that doesn’t exist. Driver returned the my order. I tried to call the store to find out what happened and ended up talking to someone in India. Their English was so bad that they couldn’t understand what I was saying. I gave up, called Marcos Pizza and actually ordered from someone working at the local store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was hands down one of the most infuriating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed and paid for my order online, only to show up and be told they had already given it to someone else. No apology, no urgency — just a casual “we’ll remake it,” and then proceeded to make me wait another 15 minutes. When I asked if they could at least offer a few extra wings for wasting my time and completely botching the order, the employee flat-out refused. No accountability. No effort to make it right. Just a robotic “we’ll remake it” like that magically fixes everything.

I don't know what people are talking about, this pizza is delicious!!! It's always fresh and hot, the dough has been kneaded properly so it's puffy, excellent job everyone. And Amanda the GM is awesome too!

This was the 2nd time in a row i ordered from that place and was extremely bad! I ordered 2 peperoni pizza well done and both where barely cooked! I has to put them in the oven for another 2 minutes! 2nd order in a row that this happened! This is the last time i order at papa johns! Cant believe that this brand was once the best. Shame on you guys…

Called at 7:48 told me 45/1hr I called back at 9:27 was told my order was still there and would be sent out by a dasher they system went down. Called back at 10 spoke with cat she told me I asked for a refund. Adv her that that wasn’t our conversation I was paying cash so I wouldn’t have asked for a refund she got rude I adv her if all calls are recorded then shell see ask to speak with sup no sup at business

I usually have good experiences from Papa John’s but this is the worse. Is this how we cutting pizza now??? 🤦♂️ the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. Worker looked like they didn’t want to be there and had a bad attitude. I’m never coming back to this location.
