This is now officially the worst pizzeria and overall the worst place I’ve been to in the USA. My boyfriend ordered a pizza over the phone and said that I would come to pick it up. He asked how long the wait would be, and they told him 5-7 minutes. I’ve been waiting for over an hour now, and the staff here is very unfriendly. They put cheese and other ingredients on the pizza with dirty hands, without gloves. Only after 40 minutes of waiting did they inform me that they didn’t have mushrooms for the pizza I ordered and already paid for. On top of that, it’s extremely dirty here—it feels like the tables and floors have never been cleaned. I’m afraid to imagine what goes on in the areas that customers can’t see.

Terrible Experience at Papa John’s
I was told my order would be ready in 4-14 minutes, but I’ve now been waiting for 50 minutes! To make things worse, after all this time, they told me they don’t have mushrooms — even though they said they did when I placed my order. This is completely unacceptable. Poor communication and terrible service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Order the xl New York style pepporoni pizza special tonight and added spicy Italian sausage. Should have checked it before leaving store as each slice had literally two slices of pepperoni and maybe three tiny peices of sausage. I'd avoid this location as they will short you on the toppings. I'm thinking I'm going to avoid all Papa johns pizza from now on !!!.

Tried ordering Papa John’s again tonight. I haven’t had a lot of good experience in the past year. The pizza itself is just not as good as it used to be, and the delivery of the pizza is super slow.Ordered through the Papa Johns app. I actually ordered for a future time and they were still late by 17 minutes. I purposefully didn’t tip through the app so that could tip in person. Don’t know if this was a factor In the quality of the pizza or the delivery time or not. The pizza crust looked pale yellow, none of our party could taste the “garlic Parmesan crust, and the pizza temperature was slightly cooler than lukewarm.I miss the old Papa John’s pizza. This will most likely be the last time I order.

Normally, I am the kind of client that loves to give five stars, so I would have left a fantastic review, but this was plain bad customer service. in spite of the fact that my family was foodless. When I called to inquire about the status of our order—after placing my two pizza orders—they placed me on wait for ten minutes and then picked up the phone to tell me that our food was on its way. However, our food never arrived at our door. We waited through the two hours of closing time, and our order was still not delivered. Sadly, since it was after 12AM, our home skipped dinner for the evening. You guys really need to improve.

They lost me when they stopped with the wheat crust option years ago! ?I see that they've allegedly come up with a few different alternative crusts; well, I'd probably try them as free samples(!) but without evidence to the contrary, I'll assume the $6 H-E-B frozen variety is better and say with my whole heart that their previous original white crust SUCKED.(Too bad bc I love pizza and the location is useful.)
