They did a wonderful job! We placed a large order for the reception, and the manager called that morning to confirm all the details. Everything was delivered on time, set neatly on the tables, and the pizzas still tasted great even after an hour. Such a responsible and reliable store!

The bread/garlic sticks had no garlic, were dry, and tasted like dusty bread. The cheese sticks were alright, they were the best tasting thing compared to everything else. The pizza we had was flavorless, and tasted like luke-warm goop. I didn't know it was possible to make a bad pizza, I couldn't finish it. Can't believe we payed $46 for this. I will be avoiding Papa Johns from now on, thanks!

They boot your car if you park in the front for more than 5 minutes without checking to see if you are a customer. Shady guy waiting around the corner to boot you, even when there are plenty of parking spots in the lot.
Will not be returning.

I placed my order on their website and paid on line as well. Once the order was confirmed, we left immediately as I needed to purchase some motor oil and gas up my truck. We arrived at Papa John's approximately a half hour after the initial estimate of when it was ready. It was just a large the works pizza, nothing fancy or crazy but it was not ready. The short lady preparing the pizzas was busy but on her Bluetooth phone talking and talking. The other lady checked for my order and said it would be about 5 minutes. Then she went and made the pizza. I have placed orders on line for many years and never had this problem. By the time we actually got the pizza it had been almost an hour. No apology or explanation was given and I was in a hurry as my son and his family were waiting to eat something before heading to the airport. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Parked for 5 minutes, instantly booted. They have people sitting and waiting to boot you if you don't instantly go into Papa John's, not even waiting 10 minutes. Avoid at all costs.
I deliver for this location as a DoorDash driver all the time. I parked in one of their spots for less than 5 minutes to pick up a delivery for a store next door that didn't have any parking available. Not even 5 minutes later my tire is booted. And remember, I deliver for this location all the time. Never again. I will now be declining every order coming from this location.
DoorDash drivers, I implore y'all to stand together against these evil corporations here only to exploit our labor to fill their piggy banks.

Been coming here every week for about 5 years. I wont any more. The price hikes are just rediculous.
The philly cheesteak pizza large comes out to 23 some how turnes into 27 after tax.. its just rediculous. I will eat somewhere else.
No to mention the staff here are awful
Other than older guy with long hair. He is great; But about the only good thing here, I can go get a really nice , better ingrediant pizza just about anywhere

Rude employees. When I came in they barely noticed me, eventually when anyone did it seemed like he didn't want to be there. There are other papa John's just go to those. Avoid this location.

I love papa John’s pizza but the weirdest interaction where the driver asked if I wanted to leave a tip but I didn’t have cash so he told me that he could “ ADJUST “ my card !!!! I had to lock my card after this because WTH !!!??
I came in with a notification that my pizza was ready. However, that was a lie and I had to wait 30 mins for my pizza to be made. After 20 min of waiting, I asked to cancel my order. All of a sudden my pizza was 3-5 min til ready. I ended up waiting an additional 7 min.
Normally I'm chill about this stuff but that was a huge waste of my time. In the future, if I come in with a notification that my pizza is ready (but it is not) - I will cancel on spot.

First and foremost, Miles is AN AMAZING LEADER and MANAGER. My girlfriend and I have already had a couple of great experiences already with this Papa John’s location. This man deserves a promotion, raise, and should be running multiple stores as an area manager. It is rare that you have people who care about their job and put the effort in to make the customer experience a memorable one.
Because of Miles, my girlfriend and I drive out of our way across town to come to this papa John’s location.
Thanks Miles!!!

First time to order Papa John's and it will be the last.
Order online at 3PM for pickup and once I arrived at the location at 3:25PM it was apparently closed. Online ordering does not allow for cancelations and requires you to call in to cancel. This was at 3:30PM when I tried to call and the one worker on the inside avoided my call for 15 minutes playing on thier phone and staring at me through the window. Once they finally answered they said that they couldn't do anything because the manager was not there. After I left and on my way home I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup.... I called again for them to say that the order was not made and that they are canceling the order and it would take 3 days to refund.
I highly recommend going anywhere else but here and from this experience recommend anywhere else but Papa John's.

The lady with the neck tattoos running the cashier gave away my order to somebody else. And then the other older woman in the kitchen acted like I made the mistake. Somehow. She talked to me in Spanish like how can I help you? I was like well you gave away my pizza. SHe's like well. It's not my fault. He showed me his phone and it said there was an order on it. None of it made sense. It was all such a gross and disgusting experience. She said she would make my order again. I was like no, it's good you can have it the $20. It's not worth interacting with you a second longer. I thought my three grand a month in taxes went towards not having society produce people like this anymore.
