The only employee was sitting in her car and shouted, "I'm on break. Just go in and get it. It's on the warming tray." Had to go into the kitchen and pick it up.

Received 1/3 of my delivery order. Door dash driver says call the restaurant. Manager at restaurant tells me if I want the rest I can go to the store and pick it up myself. Tells me that it’s Door Dash’s problem. Then hangs up on me. Interesting strategy, Papa J. Let’s see how it works out for you.

I went a few weeks ago to order about 30 $ of food . We took a bite of the pizza and it tasted very odd. Like rancid, so we took a bite of the papdias . It was also rancid tasting. Noticed that it was in fact the bacon. I called and let manager know he said yes he will throw the rest away, as he said got new order a day or so ago. Well this to me , tells me he knew . He said he would refund the money. Waited a week still no refund . I didn't even ask for it but for them to serve rancid meat , knowing it was is quite crazy to me . Hopefully no one else got sick off of it . We use to love papa johns, I worked there are a teen . It is not how I remember it .

Ordered online, had a 45 min eta given, followed on the tracker. Pizza was baked in 15 mins moved to prepare and then sat there apparently for 1 hour 30 mins before a driver delivered to me 2 hours after purchase. Needless to say everything we ordered was ice cold, I had to microwave it. Poor management. No leadership.

It is carry-out or delivery only. Sure there is more artisan pizza in Austin, but Papa John's is quick, affordable, and tastes good. If you live or work nearby then it's great.

Why o why is my pizza crust uncooked. We order almost every Saturday for lunch. Every time I get our pizza the crust is undone. I keep trying to give yall a chance but the chances are running thin. My 92 year old client loves your garden fresh pizza but I think I'm going to take our business elsewhere. Uncooked dough is a no no. ??
