**update** even after an hour wait, she still got my order wrong
I placed my order at 11:45, there is one worker working today. Poor thing is busting her tuckus. Management needs to do better.
It did not help that I asked her the wait time and she said 10 minutes, im 31 weeks pregnant and say in my car. I came back 15 minutes later and she said it's almost ready. I've been waiting another 15.
My order took an hour for a small pizza and cheese sticks.
Management needs to do better, I cant blame her for your poor management

My son loves their pizza. The only issue I have is with DoorDash. Always late. Food is always cold. And there is lack of ownership. Sometimes DoorDash delivery person cancels the order for no reason but the store always remake it. Staff is excellent! Sometimes they go ahead and remake the pizza if they think the pizza is not good enough.

I ordered the Jack o lantern pizza and it was to be delivered at a specific that I picked on line and then when it was not delivered at the time that was selected I called the restaurant and the manager was not nice at all and was giving total attitude about the delay. I would have understood the delay if she was not rude. We Will not be ordering from Papa John’s again, I will go to the pizza restaurant closer to my home like always and has much better customer service.

I was very disappointed with the quality of my pizza the topping’s were placed on very sloppy and the wings had hair in them. Not only was I disgusted and unsatisfied with my order but I am very disappointed in the way this specific store is organized.

I want to give the manager for this papajohns a shout out. He really came through. The pizza from here is great and the staff is awesome. The only issue i ever have from here is 100% the doordash people. Today was another example of the door dash guy marked my pizza as delivered but he left it at the wrong location. But the manager was clutch and got me a replacement fast as heck. So def thanks brother.

They gave me the wrong pizza. My fault for not checking before I left with my carry out. But they should know how to put the right order in the right box. The sticker on the box was correct, but wrong pizza in the box.

Ordered through the app and they sent it through doordash. Doordash didn't deliver and i was stuck listening to their stupid ad that they play on an endless loop because no one answers the damn phone so i could get a refund for not getting my food.
At 3:30 today I pre-ordered 3 pizzas for delivery at 5pm. It's now past 6 and we have no pizza and cannot get through to the store. Terrible, we'll never order from this location again
